My short experience with them was one fraught with ups and downs. When I first signed up as a user all was going smoothly but I guess they got too big and that got into their head. Their services worsened. The straw that broke the camels back came when my account was frozen for no reason. All attempts to contact them proved abortive. At the end Finetouch Tech intervened and resolved to send me what amount i thought i had lost forever.

This is the worst money transfer site, ever!
I have used them for years with no problems but this year they sit on the transfer for hours and sometimes days with the excuse, 'Funds received. Reviewing documents'.
The only way they release the money is by calling the customer service who will proceed to annoy you with patronising questions.
I am down with Smallworldfs.com and telling my friends and relatives to switch to a more reliable business.

Sending money over the internet is a drag, it is never fast, never reliable, and all the companies playing with your money, having a support center what has nothing to decide, just to keep the customers calm.
That is takes usualy 3 to 4 working days, to send the money is only, because on any transfer I am usualy at least 3 hours on the phone, to repair the problems, these company creats.
The service is slow
The information level is bad
Call back doesn't work
And the programmers haven't heard about anything what got invernted on internet in the last 7 years.
The german translation is horrible.
Only positive, they are cheap, but I've heard, they wanna raise their prices now, after they made the Beta Test of their software with their customers.

With transfer ref MTN *******...; hold my transfer almost a WEEK; then cancelled by SW 1 hour time from where asked me extra documents. Very Poor Communication. Not even provided complaint procedure desire asked for few times. SIMPLY AVOID.

Fraud company I was tricked with this service to send money.The scammers make fake document under my name and send money to Pakistan. Do not use!

Stay the hell away from this company. The only true review are the negative ones. I sent money last week Wednesday 12/04/2017 and I'm still waiting for a refund 9 days later because they said compliance cancelled transaction. That was no surprise cos it took me almost a week to decide to use their service again after all the bad reviews I've read about them.

They said I was going to get refunded Monday or Tuesday and today is Thursday and as I speak no refund yet. My lawyer called them and they had nothing to say other than I should call them or that the funds will be there today and when I called they hang up, no response to live chat and my emails.

The reason for this money was for someone who is going for surgery tomorrow and for a week I have been trying to get my money back to send to a close family relative and still nothing.

If anything should go wrong or my stepson dies, they must get a god lawyer for the lawsuit coming their way. Lawyer has assured me not to stress regardless cos they will still have to pay for damages.

Other company don't take money out of your account, they only do an authorization hold just in case they can't go through with the transaction the money is back in the account in 24 hours but this greedy self-centred idiots took my money and won't give it back.

I have contacted few people who has same problems past and present and we have been taking and exchanging emails and we are taking legal actions. I will keep everyone updated here and on a keyword on Google to bring everything to light.

They should not be in business! Period! Stay away, you have been warned!
