We have been paying this company for over 5yrs now. This year I received my statement and I paid the bill the same week I received the statement. I pay for the year, the next month I received another bill.I called customer service and was told they probably crossed in the mail. Called a week later and was told the same thing after being on hold for 8 to 10 minutes. They after 3 more calls said I needed to provide proof payment was made and my account would be active again. I provide proof and after two more calls and numerous hold time I was told it was received and would take a week or so to make my account active again. Called back and my account is still suspended and I have names, dates and times I have called these people. I have been told on every occasion I would receive a call back later in the day which never happens. I even went to my bank and they called the company with me to provide further proof of payment. We were told a supervisor would be calling back and again no call. I am at this point so disappointed that I would be afraid of the service they would provide if we did need them that I just want my money back. That's not going to happen since they say they never received the payment. Even though I provided proof.
