Don't buy, my computer got worst. I called hours late after whatever it is they did in my computer last night(suppose to fix it), but there is no improvement as a matter of fact it is worst... I wanted a refund last night, then I was told that the billing is closed, they will call at 8am, they never did.So I called around 9:45am, was told no refund, DON'T BUY PLEASE!
Tried this in 2014 as my PC was running more slowly and hoped it would help - basically did nothing despite several tries - just recycled same issues - I removed it and forgot about it until they auto-billed a few months ago - said "you can cancel but does not mean you get any refund" This sucks and IMO is a ripoff as any decent business in US will refund $ if you don't use their product, I didn't use it did not want it but no response from emails... do not buy here
