Blake got me a fare that was over $1000 less than I found myself. He also offered practical advice for the trip that will give me a better experience. And he was prompt in following up with technicalities like seat selection. This was an excellent experience.
Dime spent many hours, sent me many emails and made 12 made several phone calls communicating with me trying to find a reasonable business class trip. He was very honest and advised me well and I felt completely comfortable with his recommendations. He was able to get us a wonderful deal on two business class seats to New Zealand with a stopover in Fiji!

Julian answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We were concerned with cancelation and change fees and he provided that information. He even chose out seats, so all we had to do was verify. Yes, the price increased from while we were viewing the particulars, but Julian manually entered our information to get the originally quoted price.

During my trip to Asia via Eva Airways business class purchased through Skylux, I had the need to postpone the return lag of my trip by two days. I emailed my request to Rick, the representative who handled my initial purchase. I got the reply immediately and the changes are made promptly without any additional cost since I purchased the trip protection plan with my initial purchase.

Lionel was my agent. He was very very patient because l couldn't make up my mind with my bookings and keeps changing the dates, locations. All he will say is "it's ok" we can search again.
