Kumar was great narrowing down our travel requirements and locking them in. I have used Kumar on other occasions and he has not disappointed.

Floyd is amazing! He responded to my email within 24 hours - and I wasn't expecting a response on Sunday when I sent the email. In the course of one phone conversation, all my travel needs (flight, baggage protection etc.) were taken care of, and my credit successfully applied to this new trip. I can't say enough how pleasant it is to work with someone as competent and professional as Floyd!

My agent, Duke, put in the extra time and effort to find me the appropriate flights at the best prices and most convenient times for me. He would even call me at night from home after work to see how things were going. I really appreciated that, and we got the job done for a successful international trip for a lot less money than I would've been able to get on my own.

Drake gave us superior service when making our flight arrangements to Scandinavia. Our trip required several flights from several destinations, which made booking more complicated. Sylvester remembered me from the first phone call. Ours was difficult with 9 passengers and in different classes. It didn't seem to be a problem, he worked right through it all. He gave us all we wanted and so efficiently.

A last minute reservation was needed to Slovenia and Costa handled it very quickly.

Original the Associate was not able to give 2 tickets for the same price but upon request checked with his seniors and agreed to give it the same price. However, after both the tickets were purchased and payment made, the associate requested more money.
