Rudolph is amazing and very helpful. He has taken a lot of his time to help us with some flights that Delta airlines mixed up and he is very friendly and cares a great deal about his customer service and you can see that because he is so helpful and so friendly, I will definitely book more travel through Rudolph in the future

SkyLux is an industry consolidator. The staff at SkyLux is always professional, thorough, and friendly. We have purchased tickets for three major international trips in Business Class from them. We have saved thousands of dollars compared to fares on the websites of airlines we've flown.
Mario was extremely helpful and nice. I called, got some options, asked some questions, got wonderful guidance, picked our flights, and done. I compared to other websites and found the same prices. But Mario helped me with things I didn't know, like the seating arrangement on my flights and where it's quieter or more private. I'm very satisfied.

Beckum listened from the start, we were patient and finally got the dates we were looking for in Business class, he sent several options and constantly followed up. This is my second time experiencing SKYLUX Travel, and working with my travel consultant Martin N. The first time was great, it felt like the experience was too good to be true, I was nervous, however my fears were laid to rest once my I was able to confirm my bookings.
This time around Martin was just as great as the first time. He was able to locate a great deal. I mentioned to him about a future trip and where we might want to visit and he gave me some great suggestions, SKYLUX Travel is great, thank you.

I just had the worst experience ever. Whatever you do, do not buy their Care Package! You will not get the help you need, you will be charged obscure fees and it will take you a dozen phone calls to get anyone to give you an answer or help in any way. This scam just costed me over $1600. Do not believe a word they say...

Pierce was helping me it took over an hour on the phone thinking he is going to give me a deal, it came out to 200 more than if I booked it by myself, which he told me it's worth it as they will provide me with a good service which is BS, I even gave him a tip.
Anyways lesson learned to just book my own tickets.

The booking agent was well informed and quick to reply. He saved me around $800 in air fare, which was great! I would have rated the service 5 star, but it was mostly on-line and via email, which was a bit confusing at times.

Our experience started in July of 2023 with Mario giving us a quote. His exemplary patience with us keep us coming back since 2020. He never complain how ever early we call him prior to our planned escapes and routine annual vacation to Romania. This trip to Bolivia is in August 2024 and we have been emailing and calling him since July of this year! That's excellent customer service in our books! Next trip is Thailand, December of 2024 and he already gave us quotes but we will have to wait a few more months to play with pricing.

We were in urgent need of an immediate flight, therefore I called. In less than 30 minutes we were given several booking choices. Our Business class flight was booked for the following day!

Ranger returns emails promptly, delivers the information within a day, and finds great deals for us. If we need to adjust to allow for a stay-over city, he makes it happen. The prices for Business class are always lower than what we can find.
Smooth and stress free. On the negative side all the email specials that were emailed to me were for business advertised from price a lot cheaper then I booked for.

I started using this company years ago and had a great agent. Unfortunately, I used another agent who has been giving me the worst prices. This company should be cheaper than Expedia and Delta but they are not. Buyer beware.
