Great place to shop for aviation items. Terrific prices, super delivery speed and packaging. This is the best aviation site I have found.

Incredibly slow to ship, and once shipped took a full week to arrive. Next time will order from someone who can process faster.

Been ordering our paint sticks here for a good year. Ordering process is easy and the items always come right on time.

While FedEx 2-day all fine, it only applies when the order actually ships. 3 weeks for 3 books seems a bit long.

Found one of the 52 inch for less than half of what I paid a couple days later but overall was satisfied

Computer fine, phone in customer service not much luck in answering questions about the product., Nobody ever answered or returned my calls.

I was pleasantly surprised by the short time from order to delivery of the parts, also I am pleased that the small parts were shipped USPS.

Has been great EXCEPT can not see SHIPPING CHARGES which make me nervous! I am thinking that they were included as it didn't show up when we checked out and paid...but I am still not sure.
