I received an email shortly after placing my order telling me my order was cancelled. I sent them an email asking why it was cancelled. They wrote that my cc was flagged as fraud and could not accept my cc! Which is not true. I have just checked my account and they debited my account! No refund! I wrote them again and asked for my money. If it were true and my cc was a fraud why would it be deducted and they still have my money? These people are criminals!
Gotta say after reading the reviews I've chosen another company. If they blow you off when you have unresolved issues, why would anyone use them?
Ordered from this site three times. First two times, fine. Third time they sent outdated product and they won't respond to phone calls or emails.
I order Skinceuticals products probably three times a year. I buy the CE Ferulic and their sunscreen. I use their coupon codes, it ends up being cheaper than my dermatologist. Their packages arrive fast. Besides it's free shipping.
THEY ARE FRAUDS. I ordered Neova Copper Peptide Cream, a product I have been using for several years. The Cream I received from SkinCenterMall was expired, stale and rancid. I have yet to get a replacement from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
I have been buying products from them for some time and I was using a coupon code that was expired. I asked skin center mall.com if they would honor that, My next email was an email with credit back on my card already. I didn't have to do much to get the refund. This is a great service that you can't get anywhere. They also send me samples. Thank you for honoring the expired coupon codes.
I thought I was getting a deal buying a product I normally buy from my Dr. s office and I really was ripped off. When I received Vivite' products they were not the same... different product inside the same looking packaging (different color and didn't absorb the same or feel the same). I had to try the product to know this and then I sent it back asking for a full refund... they didn't refund in the 30 day time limit my Chase bank card said so I disputed the charge... I am still fighting with my credit card AND skincentermall.com as now they are saying I used 50% of the products and want to take 15% re-stocking fee + shipping... all for me to find out they are crooks not selling the real stuff... this is fake and they are not legit. The manufacture has yet to respond (ya, real nice of them as they told me on the phone they only sell to REAL doctors and not web-sites but won't acknowledge that in writing - Allergen) - Good luck if you purchase something... remember if it is too good to be true it is...
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!... I NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE AND THEY WANT ME TO INVESTIGATE WHY! THEY WON'T RETURN MY EMAILS ABOUT IT BECAUSE THEY CONSIDER THAT ONCE THEY SEND A PRODUCT, IT'S NO LONGER THEIR PROBLEM... RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I HAD TO STOP THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT TO GET THEIR ATTENTION.
