Honestly when I finished my studies in high school I did not want to continue studying, I felt that the university did not have a purpose, so researching on the web I found SkillShare, I had very good comments from your students and taught the courses I needed to become a web programmer, I was progressively doing all the courses I needed, I learned in a self-taught way and I feel that the people I met through the chat helped me a lot, as well as the teachers, now I understand that I need to do my university studies, but I have an excellent training thanks to SkillShare.
I am an illustrator and animator constantly using Skillshare to learn new skills or improve existing one. I love the format and I think the price is more than fair.
Using skillshare has helped me with my painting. I am retired and wanted to get back to doing art and the courses are a good aid to improve my techniques.
Great resource with hundreds of useful classes on all sorts of topics. The lessons are very clear, useful and have feedback from the teachers. Highly recommend!
I watch quite a bit of YouTube, and lately many of my favorite YouTubers have been sponsored by the company. I was hoping to try SkillShare, as I thought it might be like an extension of the content I get for free online. I'm always suspicious when a "free trial" asks for card info upfront. I know how it goes, they're hoping I forget that I signed up, then they can take my money and it's technically my fault. So, I decided to search around. The second red flag I found was that all creators talking about the product had oddly similarly-worded videos or articles. Even content claiming to be a "fair, non-sponsored review" fell into this similar format, and any "negatives" seemed to blame the customer for "not being enough of a hard worker to be successful". I couldn't find one review from journalists or video creators that seemed genuine, and that scares me. The sign-up process seems sketchy and dishonest. In my opinion, this site doesn't seem to have faith that people will like their product, so they resort to stealing money while keeping themselves safe at the same time. I would take my business somewhere else..
The classes are made by real professionals in a very actionnable way. I couldn't have start as a pattern designer without it!
My only reserve will be for a friend who doesn't speak English.
I'm a student and have found skillshare.com great to learn about app and web development. The quality of courses are also great since they are being taught by the best in the industry
The best thing about SkillShare is that it has wide variety of courses in every
Field. The courses are really good and explanation by the instructor is makes the
Hard course seem easy.
Skillshare has become my goto online learning source for the last two
Years. I extensively use it.
I personally feel Skillshare is worth the investment. I didn't find any
Other sites like it.
After subscribing for the initial period, during which I HAVE NEVER, EVER used the skillshare service, I got charged with the annual subsciprion. I realized my mistake and contacted customer support to cancel and refund the money, which THEY IMMEDIATELY REFUSED as it was more than 7 days after the charge occured.
It was 10 days after the charge in fact. Customer service is extremely deflective and ignoring the issue - please if you are thinking about getting an online education that are many serious companies DO NOT TRY AND USE THIS SERVICE!
Mary from Skillshare (*******@skillshare.com) was very helpful and dealt well with my
Enquiries. The course content I wanted is available only on skillshare. The instructor material is very good.
This is certainly worth it if you're trying to build new skills or deepen
Existing skill sets. The minimal cost (monthly fee or annual
Membership) is worth the investment
I love the wide variety of class offerings. I love how teams can be created and
Channels formed. I'm starting to investigate more and learn about the skills
Assessments.
Integrating Salesforce with other systems, learning about API standards such as
Swagger, learning development on the force.com platform, learning node.js.
Huge advantage is it's often by their creators, for example,
Instructors from Google teaches the android development course.
Added on to that is the fact that it's affordable.
Look at the other reviews. Simply put, they warn you they're going to charge you after they charge you. Super shady practice, I better get my money back.

I feel safe being inside Skillshare, because I know that learning is guaranteed, as long as you have the responsibility as a student to comply with everything that the program proposes.
Skillshare has a great community and a lot of teachers to learn a large variety of skills. I am really happy with what they offer, especially with such a low price.
I love skillshare! The best place to learn everything I'm interested in. Every free minute I have, I open my saved classes and start to learn. I feel that I'm getting a lot for my money.
