i ordered vokol ledge 2012 169. the next day i got an email saying that my order was on its way, then the day after i recived another email saying it was back orderd, then an hour later got an email saying the item i had ordered was out of stock and ski depo wanted me to find a substitute product. after many hours of trying to get a hold of a customer service rep i got the issue cleared up.
Picture on their website of a helmet I ordered didn't show the colors accurately. Helmet pictured is all one shade of blue, and the one I received was blue on top, black on the bottom. I called to get an RMA# to return it, customer service was unfriendly and unwilling to admit their mistake.
This is a racing / east coast North America oriented online ski store. Prices are good. Someone in the store answered when I called to follow up - and they offerred good advice. Prices were good and shipping by UPS ground was included in the price. I bought junior skis and they showed up on time, well packaged, and undamanged.
