They were very good sending emails and shipping updates and making sure I got the product and that it was in good condition and the packaging was very nice and boxed up good
No washer in box. For the price you could give $ 1.50 washer(cost). Shouldnt have to read the small print. Not included.

I was happy with the ordering, communication about the shipping, and how prompt it arrived. However, the one thing that I was not happy with was how it was shipped. The oil filters were shipped in a USPS bad and through handling, the boxes were pretty damaged. I had to look over the filters to make sure none of them had any damage. Luckily, all 3 are ok. Please ship something like that in a box. I know shipping may cast a little more, it will put your customers mind at ease when receiving. As I said, I was satisfied with everything else, Thanks.
