Arctic Cat Axles

I was sold a defective product. I alerted the company. They refused to send replacement axles until they received the returned units and then "deemed them defective". Meanwhile I would not be able to use my atv (tool) for several weeks. This was not acceptable. I chose to purchase a replacement set from another vendor. I received them many weeks quicker than I did with the original Sixity purchase and they are working fine, no defects. I chose to keep the original faulty axles and not pursue any replacement refund as I am done with that company.

Our records show that we provided a prepaid label to return the defective axles and upon active return tracking a replacement set of axles would have been shipped in their place. This resolution does not require that the defective axles return to our facility for inspections, but rather as soon as the return tracking number is updated; showing that the axles are on their way back, we are able to immediately send out the replacement product. We apologize for any confusion that may have been caused. Our customer service team would be happy to assist you with completing this transaction, if you are still interested in receiving a replacement set of axles.

BRAKE PADS WORKED GREAT. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT SOCKETS BEFORE TRYING TO REMOVE CAPILER BOLTS. THE UTUBE VIDEO WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH THIS PROJECT.
