You see interesting things about web sites all over the internet, even site jabber. I have read bad reviews about sit jabber, just like I have read bad reviews about other sites.
I like site jabber they have not forced me to pay for any review I post. Where as the sites and the owners of those sites post bad reviews about site jabber to make their sites look good. There's nothing like laughing at the brain washers to make them even angry than they all ready are. They get mad at you for not buying their products, bullying you until they do. If you buy one thing and haven't in a long time they charge your cards for no reason at all. I'm complaining again when I shouldn't be. This was suppose to be a positive review.
This site speaks for itself, just like the other sites do! Nice job site jabber!
Good site to convey your thoughts to the world. Love its interface.
Thank you, Kasori.
Very helpful web site, i am glad that i found it and can write reviews about other resources.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review, Roman!
Sitejabber.com is among the best of the best in what it does. It allows users to create reviews on websites they have made purchases from or interacted with in some way. Its fun and maybe even a little addictive especially with the points and badges reward system they have. On top of it all your actually providing a real review that others can use to help them make up there minds. Great service with a little fun, try it out.
Thank you, Bob. We appreciate you.

Thanks so much for your review, Raimundo.
I had been back and forth with a company I finally got frustrated and posted a review and within 24 hours the company contacted me and said they would offer me a refund AND would I be willing to change my review. The review o n SiteJabber was what got them to give me a refund after going back and forth with them for weeks!
LOVE sitejabber
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Sitejabber, Deb.
I can see that this siteJabber of a thing is a huge scam. I have seen good companies I have had good business relationship with recieve tons of bad reviews. Themeforest.net is an example. This is a huge problem. I think the people that write reviews here are paid to write it may be by competing companies just to tanish another companies image. Please everybody should stay out. These reviews are not authentic.
Hi Chukwuelok, thanks for your review. SiteJabber takes fake reviews very seriously. All businesses can confirm reviewers are in fact customers by reaching out via private message. If themeforest.net is your business you can do this at https://biz.sitejabber.com/dashboard/themeforest.net?register=1
Please let us know if you have any questions at biz@sitejabber.com thank you!
When I first used SiteJabber I didn't have any questions about the structure of the website because everything was clear and easy to find! I liked the design of the site as well.
It has a lot of usefull information you can use for yourself!
Hi William, thanks for sharing your experience with Sitejabber. We’re so glad you’ve found our site useful.
In 2016, Site Jabber still requires you to create yet another marginal website account... for writing reviews! The only SSO they support is Facebook but many people don't want to use it and they give no option to support the world's largest active SSO: Google!
Bring Google SSO! It's nearly 2017 - users shouldn't be required to create marginal accounts to massage your ego! Do your part to make the web the more secure.
Hi Ananya, thanks so much for your thoughtful review. You're absolutely right we should support Google login credentials; it is currently on our development list, but I've let our development team know it has been requested, and we'll be sure to let you know as soon as it is available. Thank you!
I enjoy reading reviews on SiteJabber, but agree with other reviewers that many of the legitimate reviews on this site tend to lean on the negative side of the spectrum. I do not think that is necessarily SiteJabber's fault as, logically, someone is far more likely to post a negative experience than a positive one on a site designed to help online consumers avoid scams. That said, when I had a negative experience with a company and they were not responding to me in a satisfactory manner, I left a fair, unemotional review on SiteJabber and the company responded to the review with a resolution. Without SiteJabber, I am not confident that would have occurred (at least, not as quickly). It is unfortunate that some companies would not properly react to customer service issues on their own, but this site has helped to police them and I greatly appreciate that.
With SiteJabber's capabilities around issue resolution aside, I am concerned with the volume of fake reviews I have noticed for several companies. I have seen other sites take action against these reviewers that were likely "hired" and paid in order to get the company's rating up. Most of these reviews are completely obvious where I flagged them in order to report it. I would be curious what their overall strategy is to ensure the integrity of reviews on this site and to prevent these companies from falsifying information.
Overall, SiteJabber is a great and useful site that I will continue to use.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, Kim. Your feedback is very important to us.
Saamy dress have refunded the money after I submitted my complaint in sitejabber so iam thankful to sitejabber
Thanks for sharing, Satheesh!
The concept of SiteJabber is great. People get to come here and tell people about their good and bad experiences with websites, and help keep others away from scams. Sometimes people are right, but a lot of the time people are wrong. This site ATTRACTS people who are angry, who leave "drive-by" reviews, or people who have only had one interaction with a site. I've seen many people posting false information about sites, which can be quickly debunked and which I always try to debunk in my reviews if I'm making a review of that site. This site needs a better filtering system to keep scammers out and to remove reviews that are in the wrong place.
Hi Danielle, thanks so much for the feedback and your contributions to improve the community! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback, Allison. We appreciate it.
I have been satisfied with SiteJabber so far; they seem to be a straight up outfit. I have only been with them a couple of months, but I have spent a few hours or maybe a bit more on here, reading other folks' reviews.
I have found them to be pretty good reviews overall. As usual, the quality of the review depends entirely on the quality of the reviewer, just as the forums of the New York Times read a lot better than the forums of the Daily Caller.
We are all only imperfect humans and it is not just a function of the intelligence of the person as much as it is a function of how logical, thorough, and comprehensive their thinking is. (and most importantly, how honest) The caliber of the folks here seem to be good and I have learned quite a bit thanks to their sharing of info.
I continue to rely on Sitejabber for good quality and trustworthy info and hope to be a good citizen of this site and do honor to the original mission they have set before themselves. I personally thank them for providing this venue.
Thank you for the review. We appreciate you.
It is very useful website to buy items online you should try it to see why i like it
Glad you had a great experience with Sitejabber. Thanks for sharing!
Rooms for improvement:
Profile privacy: The ability to decide if only SiteJabber users can view your profile, or the whole Internet
Site handler (http://www.sitejabber.com/users/[First Name]) should NOT be generated by your real first name, you may choose from what's available, or randomized. I came from Europe, we take privacy a little more seriously here.
A 'delete your profile' button also builds trust with users, see more here: http://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.accountkiller.com
They got a 100% user rating, you only got 82%.
The filter displays my rating to the public or not, based on 'language use.' Now I'm not a native English speaker, meaning, I start with a handicap?
Thank you! :)
