Even after 42 days of making the payment and several emails, I have not received my order and even though there is some email response the response is basically useless as they just send the tracking number again and again.
Seems like a SCAM, please be careful.
Do not know how to get my money back.
Very Sad and frustrated

Purchased 2 sports bras after seeing the advert with a big busted girl! Perfect I thought! Definitely not! Way too small, have emailed them twice still no reply! They take your money and they aren't interested after that. Stay clear

The bras that I ordered nearly 4 months ago finally arrived today. They are absolutely crap. I ordered XL and they just fit my 16 year old daughter who is a size 10/12. Never ever order from this company as the goods are shoddy, $#*!ty, poorly made and sizing is way out. They know you won't send them back as they come from China and the cost wouldn't be worth it

Do not order from site bacana. I was super excited to receive bun ponytail set and it says my order isn't found and have yet to receive my package. This is a complete scam and im out of 23 dollars I could of spent somewhere else on a legit site. I dont know what else to do but I want my money back 100%. Never again!

I ordered the 10 of January, took 3 months after sending emails to receive a tracking number and the tracking number doesn't show anything, I tried at multiple time to contact them and no success. I sent emails asking for my money back an and never received anything

Fraud company.

I have placed my order on 28 May, 2020 for Hair Trimmer. Till date on product received. After sending several reminders there is no revert. Requested for refund of the money no revert. PLEASE PLEASE don't buy any product from them. It is fraud company from CHINA.

This is apparently a network of Chinese based burglar companies. They also operate as http://smileyhomey.com They charge you through PayPal using as company name SHE SWISH LIMITED, but the company link refers you back to http://smileyhomey.com. They never deliver.
I have sent several emails with no answer from them. My order number and shipping nbr started to appear as not existing in their web pages, and most recently sitebacana.com appears as: "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable". Most probably they either blocked my IP address or my email. However, they still send me one or two mails per day with their "exceptional promotions or sale offers".
I am submitting a formal complaint to PayPal. By the way, I want to share also that eligible PayPal purchase is covered by Buyer Protection for up to 180 days. If you do not receive your order, or what you receive is not as described, they help you get a refund.
Don't buy from: Sitebacana / She Swish Limited / smileyhomey!

I have bought articles from them and they are quick to take your money but that is the last from them. You can write emails to them they dont reply or hear from them. Articles that you bought tou dont see. They are a bunch of sharks that take your money and you never receive your articles. Do not trust them dont try order from them you will lose your money. Sharks that is all I can say

I Ordered some telescopic items for my mobile phone. The items took over 3 months to arrive so i sent numerous emails to them to which they did not reply. When the items did arrive the quality of them was appalling my blind grandmother could see more than I could with these pieces of crap. The cheap tacky box they came in was worth more. DO NOT I repeat NOT shop with these robbing scamming bastards.
We shoul have the option of Zero star raiting.

Horrible quality

Item arrived but does not match the description. Videos used to advertise have been taken from another website. Sizing is of the chart and customer service is a joke. Please do not waste your time or money.

Item does not work in the way advertised. Keep away from this site and products. Total scam. False advertising. When complaint was sent in they replied that they only refunded money if item was damaged. What a joke!

I emailed the Site Bacana site one last time and threatened to dispute the charge to get a full refund since I never received the items ordered. I got a reply (first one after sending several emails) saying that they apologized and would look into what happened to my order. Shockingly enough, a few days later, my order arrived. The two items did not fit. They were very small, despite the over size I ordered to counter the size difference between the USA and China. I then emailed to ask how and where to return the items. NO REPLY to that email as of yet. I would recommend to keep emailing and hopefully you will eventually get some results. Lesson learned for me. NO MORE ITEMS ORDERED FROM CHINA.

I placed an order in April 2020. Received an email that it is "in transit" but I still have not gotten it. I have a tracking app on my phone that shows its in transit. On the website, when I click on the tracking # given, it says it does not exist. I click on View My Order and it says the shop is unavailable. I have emailed twice with NO REPLY of any kind. Its been paid for, so looks like I will have to dispute the charge. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Terrible Company

I ordered some purple shampoo from this company and cancelled it prior to it even being shipped. They refused to cancel my order and process a refund. I continued to email them my concerns with this product coming from China and my refusal of accepting this product for that reason but they just kept replying that the matter was resolved as they do not provide refunds. Can't add a photo because no product was every received.

Rubbish

Didn't receive all the goods. Emailed, took a month to say they were sorry and could I send photo of package. Couldn't as thrown away as not expecting to hear from them after so long. Emailed again still no reply. This has been going on since May and I've paid for goods I haven't received!

Is a gotcha

I do not recommend this site to anyone. Is a gotcha. For two months I bought a hair shampoo and this is the time that the product never arrived. The money was withdrawn from my bank account immediately, but nothing came from the product. They are dishonest. I have sent them four emails and the only thing they say is sorry, be patient, but they clarify that they do not refund the money.

What a waste!

Ordered on 12/5/19. Paid with pay-Pal. Never got my product till Feb 5,2020. Bottles are in Japanese and Have no clue how to, how much to use. No where did it say the product was coning from over seas and a slow boat from where ever. Stay away from this company!
