Site Bacana (I paid with PayPal and this company is listed as She Swish Limited on PayPal's website with: *******@smileyhomey.com as their email)
Sitebacana: *******@sitebacana.com via ksd1.klaviyomail.com (this is the website I initially ordered from and whom I emailed until, they told me they couldn't find an order from me then, I used the smilleyhomey email to contact them. They answered me from the Site Bacana email address. Also, I listed the email address in grey because this is the way it was listed on their email to me).

DO NOT ORDER FROM SITE BACANA. They also operate under the name of She Swish Limited. I am posting the email I sent Site Bacana (since this was the site I ordered from), who initially said they could find no order under my name. But when I told them I had the initial order sheet with my info on it they said they would process my refund of $37.12. They sent me a refund of the discount they owed me ($3.11), which was also incorrect because my total for the entire order was calculated incorrectly. This was a buy 2/get 1 free offer. They fraudulently added all 3 items then discounted them. I sent the items they sent me back because Site Bacana sent me 2 bras instead of 3 pair of panties. These items were sent to me from New York, I had to return them to China, per PayPal's instructions. The PO cannot give a tracking number for delivery and, Site Bacana knew this. They still haven't refunded my $34.01. They did send me a note stating they were looking into it after I told them that I would put my experience on every complaint site I could find (this was 2 weeks ago). I ordered the panties on 9/23/2019. PayPal cannot give me a refund because there's no guarantee from the PO (even though I supplied the documentation that it was sent to a China address). Now, that I think about this, I will have to call PayPal again because they should have told me this when they instructed me to send my items to China This issue has taken almost 3 months (it is now 12/9/2019) with no resolution. I am going to try and see if my bank can help. DO NOT ORDER FROM SITE BACANA. They are scam artists. Not only did they keep my money for the incorrect items but now they can resell the items I sent back and make double their profit, which they do not deserve. I am also enclosing the email I sent to Site Bacana. If you need copies of all my correspondence to Site Bacana and PayPal, let me know and I will send them asap!_____________________________________________________________________________________

I will not let this injustice go without letting the world know that you use fraudulent business practices. I know that you have probably scammed many customers because they do not know how to let the public know what happened to them but, you got the wrong one when you tried to beat me out of my hard earned money. You never refunded my $37.12 for waterproof panties (3 for the price of 1). You refunded $3.11 for the discount that you failed to give me when I purchased the items. The following is for others to know how you conduct your fraudulent business:
1. When purchasing my order of 3 waterproof panties for the price of 1, you stated that I would receive my order and tracking number immediately after purchase, along with my 10% discount code. I never received anything. (I had enough intelligence to print out the order page with my info on it to prove what you offered)
2. After noticing that I did not have a discount code I tried to cancel until I received it but couldn't find your correct address in time (You have several) to ask for it. Got it from PayPal, thank the Lord I purchased from you through them.)
3. You rejected my cancellation stating my order had already been processed. (Not true because I tried to cancel within the time constraints you set (before 11pm of the order date).
4. I contacted you and at first you said you had no order from me. When I told you I had made a copy of the transaction you sent me a discount refund of $3.11 (which wasn't correct because you charged me for a third pair of panties, discounted those 3 when I was supposed to have been charged for 2 get 1 free).
5. Received order after 2 months of getting the "run around" by you. The order wasn't correct. You sent me 2 bras from a New York address but, I had to send them back to China. In order to get a refund from PayPal, you must have a tracking number. The Post Office gives you a receipt but cannot give a tracking number for receipt to a delivery address to China (you knew this). So, this is the second time you took my money.
6. May you be Blessed and discontinue your false practices.

I expected the products I bought to be cheaply made but hoped they were usable. I have received products on their expected date of delivery. Some were usable, some were not. I hope my TV streaming box is up to par. If not I will immediately send it back because I paid much more than a dollar for it. The main thing I do not like about Wish is their delivery can be more than a month away. So, they are using my money and everyone else's money to make not only a profit on the products they sell, but also earn interest on our money while we wait for our product.
