Seit fast 2 Monaten warte ich auf meine Ware und auf meine Anfragen, antworten Sie immer wieder mit der selben Standart-Email: Qualitätskontrolle dauert noch 2-3 Tage, dann wird die Ware versendet. Ich habe nun meine Bestellung storniert und hoffe sehr, dass ich mein Geld zurück bekomme. Diesen Account kann ich nicht empfehlen, da sie lügen und einen hinhalten und die Antwort Email nur Standart Emails sind, ohne auf das persönliche Geschehen einzugehen.

I don't give them 5 stars but I feel like it will get deleted if I don't rate them well. This is the WORST company I've ever encountered they promote fake pictures of their items. I was deceived into ordering for 5-7 working days! It's came 2-3 Months later and it wasn't the same jacket I purchased, they couldn't even give me the right size; it's soo tight I was so upset because I know the same way it took long to get to me is the same way it will take long to return and they have a silly 14 day returns policy but took so long to send me the jacket, that time is probably up already. I don't even know what to do anymore, it came the other day and has been sitting in my room, can't even wear it anywhere. In the picture it has real fur almost like raccoon fur or something but the fur on it was absolutely fake and tacky and really small.
If I could give them -5 stars I would.

I ordered a coat end of November. The email said 7-12 business days for delivery. At three weeks nothing. Four weeks, excuses it was lost. They offered discounts "coupon"if I write a good review! No way! I asked for refund and they refused, and kept offering me a discount on next order. A month of back and forth emails and stil no coupons no refund. They finally offered to place my order again, once I agreed they said it was out of stock... then offered me $20 coupon again when my order was $35 that I paid. DONT waste your time or money! The good reviews you read are from BRIBED buyers! I've reported them with BBB and got my money back from my bank. NEVER again will buy from China

Oh my goodness! I LOVE THAT! It's really beautiful- exactly what I was looking for and dreaming of! SISdress were too reasonably priced for the value. I recently ordered my wedding dress and could not be happier with my decision. SIS's service has made this process so easy and comfortable for me- really SIS's amazing! Thank your designer for helping me find the PERFECT wedding dress. It flattered my figure, and complemented my style.No alterations necessary! I wish I could wear it everyday! I love my "SIS" wedding dress. It's definitely perfect. Congrats! I highly recommend the unique and personal experience.

Love quality and fit. I elected to do from custom measurements and am very pleased with the results!

Very well made and wonderful detail. The dress arrived in a very timely matter. The only negative thing I have to say is that the dress was much smaller than I expected and the color we ordered was way off. We ordered a dress in burgundy and the dress was really a red. I would order again from this company, however, I would be extremely cautious about the size and color.
