Simply Treasured

Ordered 7th April 2022, took payment, no goods. Says freight up to 30 days, nothing. Have tried their FB page, their pm just automessages, and emails are no reply, or don't respond anyway. Its a scam. Still waiting 31/05/2022. Finally turned up 24th June. Then sent me a review request pfff. Turned up broken. It was wrapped in a single flimsy cardboard wrapping, bearing mind it was a flat decor cutout puzzle type wall art. It had a single A3 size little flimsy bubble wrap, so the antlers were broken and the quality was basically something you ordered on wish, and spray painted black, I would say it arrived from china, someone in Cambridge spray painted it, stuck it in a $#*!ty wrapper and called it a done job. $5 dollar piece turned into a 3 month wait at $69. I did email them... they didnt even bother to answer back!, then the cheeky eggs asked me for a review 2 weeks after? So they can ignore it? Not going to waste my time again. Crooks.

I made an order in June for a piece that they produce regularly, so it was not a bespoke order requiring elaborate work. It is now September and it still has not arrived.
It was intended as a gift for an event in Augusta, so I made sure to order it well in advance. I have been emailing and messaging this company, there was a response Aug 2nd with an apology, and a promise to have the time sent by weeks end, but nothing cMe of this 'promise'.
Now all my messages are not being looked at via messenger, and my emails are being bounced back now because they are deemed spam.
Very disappointed with this company. I wouldn't mind the late delivery, but now I'm annoyed that they have just stop engaging.

Still waiting for Order I ordered over 6 months ago,have messaged a few times with no response, very poor customer service, will not be buying from this company again,

Paid for goods nothing has been sent waiting for over 3 months, emailed messaged posted comments that were removed, no contact back no refund. Absolute scammers do not Buy from them

Thank you for my geometric stag I love it. It's now hanging in pride of place in my home. Takes a while but it's worth the wait.

Paid for the Family Tree with Whanau written on it back in end of June still not received as it is now November sent many messages with stuff all reply I don't recommend this company at all.

I purchased 3 products from their website on the 7th July 2022. After many messages and emails and no replies, after 3 months on 8th October I finally had 2 goods arrive in the worst packaging, just a thin piece of cardboard, no bubble wrap etc. One piece was damaged as the quality is terrible, cheap and flimsy cardboard like material, not wood, like I thought I was purchasing. And the second item was not what I had ordered. I refused to wait another 3 months for them to send out replacements so requested a refund of those 2 while I waited on my 3rd product to still arrive. To this day, 9th December 2022, it hasn't arrived. I have spent months asking and threatening to be refunded. Only today, having enough of this terrible company and the stress of it. I told them I was making a complaint to Afterpay (as I purchased through them) Fair Go and then Consumer Rights. They immediately refunded me. I have still reported them to Afterpay and Fair Go so hopefully they get shut down and no one else has to suffer!

We ordered/paid for a wall art piece on 16th May.
Delivery stated 30 ish days.
Nothing has shown up and zero answers to messages or emails. Is this a scam..

Absolute worst supposed business i have EVER dealt with! Made a order over 2 months ago, paid (via afterpay too) and STILL WAITING! NO REPLY to the numerous emails sent. NO REPLIES to the numerous phone calls & messages left! NO COMMUNICATION at all!

ABSOLUTEY SHOCKING!

I ordered my purchase on the 7th July and have not received it yet it's been 5months also they don't answer there emails there simply a scam
