I ordered an item from this company as a gift for someone 6 weeks before I needed it thinking that would be loads of time…. Oh how wrong I was! Having waited nearly 3 months for my order to finally arrive only to discover it was damaged was very annoying. I messaged them and was offered a replacement, it has now been 5 1/2 months in total I've been waiting. They have not even bothered to answer my message to see when my replacement will be sent. So disappointed by the lack of service from this company. The time frames the state on their website are a load of rubbish and the pathetic packaging they provide makes me wonder if any items arrive in one piece. Would never buy from them again.

We placed our order on 2/8/22, I am a first time buyer online. We purchased 3 for our grandchildren for Christmas and have contacted this company every week for last couple of months you can't ring them, they don't answer they sent us an email on the 30/11/22 saying they were just finishing up last one then our order was good to go. I thought by buying in NZ we would be safe. They took our money and we have nothing tomorrow is Christmas and we have nothing. I don't know how they can sit comfortably eating their Christmas dinner knowing, us along with many others have been ripped off.

They are scammers. They have absolutely no contact details. They have added fake reviews on website. Unfortunately I fell in their trap and ended up ordering a name sign for our new house 6 months ago. I feel so shattered. Biggest losers these people are. Please do not buy for them. These kind of businesses ruin the name of small businesses and then beg people to support small and local. Not recommended at all.

Up to 35 working days for delivery. It's now 55. A message on Facebook said the items would be dispatched on the 5th of September and I am still waiting. If this is the way to run a business then they need help. No phone number, no address and no communication. I know from their bank details that they are in Cambridge. Never again and I would not recommend because of their lack of service. They can keep my money and use it to get lessons on business etiquette.

After nearly 3 months with no contact the 2 pictures arrived. Got the dragon and fern. Flimsy af. Packaging was just a cardboard square. The fern was spray painted and not well with damages all over it. Gave 1 star cos can't give nothing.
Absolute rip off

Like other reviews I've only now been reading... I ordered my wall hanging over 3 months ago... When initially checking on time frame, I recieved a couple of generic replies, then two authentic ones (?!?), with the second stating it would be posted out the following week. When I went to follow up 2 weeks later, nothing... I asked for tracking number for post, or if not, a refund and I have since been ghosted. No replies to emails, messenger, nothing. No number to call. NOTHING. Pretty $#*!. I flagged them on FB as a scam, and have emailed Fair Go, but unless there are more people questioning it, not much will happen. I'm out $95 dollars... it just sucks.

Ordered 3 months ago, have sent regular emails and messages on messenger requesting when will receive order. Not even opened messenger as yet! No response from emails.? Will every recive order. Wish had read reviews before purchased.

I made an order in August and I'm still waiting. No communication at all! I spent a decent Amount of money, and the they are Christmas presents. So disappointed and annoyed, no phone numbers no contact

Wish there were negative stars. Complete waste of money, took almost 4 months to arrive, after manyyyy emails and messenger messages was told no such address matched either of our names, utter BS, they refused to deal with me (i wasn't rude) Only my husband, BUT after I said I was in contact with Fair Go to deal with them was told it was on its way to our address that didn't match our after pay record of payment, Sheesh.
So a very badly made, thin bendy wooden badly painted wall hanging arrived I was even more unimpressed. Just a piece of junk most likely from China. Proudly made in NZ. Yea right.

This is the worst company ever I ordered back in may for Mother's Day I knew it would take a while to come but after 2 months I emailed and messaged and so did my mum and got no reply from them at all, until she commented on one of there Facebook posts they sent out the next day. The paint job is one of the worst I have ever seen it's so flimsy and crappy made. Do not buy from here

Final product average quality. Communication from seller when it was extremely late. Virtually non existent. It was extremely frustrating and stressful (Ordered in August but arrived mid November) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If they had responded to emails And the product was if better quality- this review would have been different

I wish I could give no stars. Product arrived damaged. I sent 8 seperate emails and direct comment contact to the company and no one has bothered to reply. Absolutely waste of money. Terrible business standards and customer service. Totally unacceptable that they feel they can just ignore paying customers who approach with a concern about product quality or integrity.

Will absolutely never buy from here again and will ensure no one I know makes this mistake too.

Ordered four months ago! Never received! Numerous emails sent. Reply sent once saying it would come but never did, then radio silence. Do not buy from them!

I have sent many emails on to youse with NO RESPONSE. Upon receiving my ANGEL WINGS, not happy with PAINT WORK, very sloppy and again, NO RESPONSE. I am still waiting on another ORDER made on the same day as the ABOVE, NO RESPONSE. VERY POOR ON YOUR PART. WILL BE ASKING FOR A REFUND AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. PHOTO'S WERE SENT ON TO YOU.

My experience is the same as previous reviews. Money paid, no item, uncontactable - complete scam. I have found the same item on other sites so can only assume these are not handmade at all and are imported which is why there are delays. Don't waste your money

The product matches the photo on the website, however, it is more fragile than expected. The wait of over 2 months is ridiculous & customer service is zero to none. I messaged via FB Messenger & email without a reply. I do not recommend.

I ordered in May and am yet to receive anything from them. I have e-mailed multiple times asking where my order is, they don't like to reply, instead like taking peoples money and delivery nothing. People should never purchase form them, totally just scamming.
