I am blown away by the level of customer support SimpleTire provides. My son had a turn of events that would require my wife and I to drive to the bay area and load a pickup and trailer full of his belongings so he could move back home for a bit between semesters at college.
The tires on my truck were ancient and I knew they would not be able to take the weight of the loaded truck and trailer on the long drive home, so I ordered a set of new tires from SimpleTire.
This was on a holiday night and by the time they processed the order the next day, the estimated delivery date had been updated to a date beyond to point when my son had to be moved from his rental.
I contacted SimpleTire and explained my predicament, and to my amazement, they FedEx'd the tires overnight to me so I could have them installed in time to move my son. I have never had such great service like this. Not only did SimpleTire have the best price, they had the best customer support. I highly recommend this company and look forward to dealing with them again in the future.
I called Simple Tire to order Nokian WGR4 All season tires for my Ford Escape as I've had them on my vehicle twice before for 3 years both times. They are an excellent tire but couldn't find them locally and Simple Tire had them in stock and shipped them the same day I ordered them (12-27-2019) and I received them at my dealerships address ahead of time on 12-30-19 Amazing. I would like to say to anyone looking for a great tire for all seasons this is it and I talk from experience as I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where some years we get over 300 inches of snow and have very adverse driving conditions and these tires are quiet and perform well. Also I would like to say that Simple Tire made this a great experience as the agent I talked to Sierra was very professional and I received my receipts, tracking information, and contact in case of problem information immediately after my phone call in my e-mail. Will definitely be calling Simple Tire again great people.

In a time where BIG business rules Simply Tire has not forgotten that everyone is not rich and that the poor, middle class and hard working blue collar people still need tires too. Simply tires have product to suite every budget. They are a pleasure to work with and I HOPE they never lose sight of the little guys cause we need tires TOO!
It was incredibly simple to use the site (no pun intended) for purchasing. Even though I ended up having to return the tires the return experience was very easy and i got my refund within a day or two. Will absolutely use again.
I needed tires for my Chev 2500 HD. I had searched Amazon. Walmart, Sam's Club. Tires Direct and 5 or 6 other online outlets. A friend suggested Simple Tire and they had the best price, friendly customer service reps. I ordered on Monday 12. 23. 19, I was told tires would deliver on 12. 26. 19 which was fine. BUT, the tires showed up 12. 24. 19. I was amazed how this could happen. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIMPLE TIRE for your tire purchase.

The tire selection process was easy and quick. Simple Tire was one of only two sources that I was able to find the product that I needed. I shopped both locally and other online stores. Simple tire beat my other on-line purchase option by just over 12% less pre-tax cost. My tires arrived timely and as expected. To date they are performing very well, although I haven't had opportunity to try them in snow yet. I found only a few negative on-line reviews and after reading them, most of the identified issues were not what I personally would consider legitimate complaints against Simple Tire, but more likely unreasonableness of buyers' un-researched/illogical expectations. Based on my experience, I would recommend Simple Tire as a good option for tire purchases.
At first, my ordering experience was great. I called in to ask some questions and received very friendly, easy, quick, and helpful answers. I went ahead and ordered my four tires right then over the phone on 11/27/19. No problem. I then received 3 of 4 tires on 12/2/19. Again, no problem. There were plenty of emails in regards to my purchase and delivery and that not all parts were delivered. No problem. But, then... nothing. I've been waiting for my fourth tire for three weeks without a word. I have followed up twice. The first time they responded and said they'd contact FedX and find out what's up and let me know. Why are they pointing finger's at FedX? Either way, still no word. And no tire. I was so happy with them at first, but was then very easily disappointed.

I've purchased (3) cars worth of automotive tires from Simple Tire, they make the process easy and there's no gimmicks to contest with (i. E. 4 tires for the price of 3, with escalated pricing on the 3...) like some of the national folks... with Simple Tire you know what the price is up front.
Every thing that I was told when talking to the sales person was true and spot on! They made a pleasant transaction for me. They gained my loyalty as a customer! It was so easy found the tires I wanted a few clicks later I had them ordered. 3 days later I had my tires. It doesn't get any easier than that!

Put in your vehicle and it pops up different tires to choose from only thing i got 3 tires waiting on the 4 th was supposed to be here saturday but no show couldn't finish my mounting and wheel alignment will have to wait till monday and see if the ire comes in

Hey Cheryl! I'm sorry for your frustration with the delay in delivery. The reason that we're pointing the finger at FedEx is because the delay is on their end. We ship all tires together with the expectation that they will be delivered at the same time. After the tires leave our warehouse, however, it's up to the carrier how and when the tires are actually delivered. This is why we try to communicate the status of your order the entire way; from shipping confirmation to potential delays and on to the final delivery confirmation, there's a lot to track and we try to help. The delay here, though, is caused by the holiday; We've had several similar complaints as yours and have found that some terminals are actually holding our shipments back so that they can load more, smaller packages on trucks for delivery instead. We're working with FedEx to stop this behavior and get our packages moving, for the most part we've been successful but, to be blunt, it has been a bit of a struggle.
If you send us a direct message here with your order number then I can happily give you the tracking number for that last tire. That way you will be able to check on the status without waiting for updates from us.
