Great tire prices. Fantastic shipping. Wonderful technical support. I was sceptical on buying tires online. (Not seeing the tires in person). I ordered tires from simple tire for the first time, and it was a very simple process. The cost was great with free shipping. Not sure if it was a promo or not at the time. The tires were to my house within a week. The tires were fresh, checked DOT dates, not some old tires that needed moved out of a warehouse.

I ordered tires for my Jeep Cherokee but was not happy with the size so I decided to return them and get a bigger tire. I completed the return online in just minutes and received authorization to return quickly. A couple days later I took them to FedEx and dropped them off but didn't have to pay to return, very surprised. The next day I received confirmation my return was approved and credited to my card. Again, very surprised and very pleased. My new tires are perfect and I really appreciate the service from Simple Tire. I will definitely be a return customer.
