I have ordered 3 sets of tires from simple tire, its affordable and convenient for me I can order my tires ahead of time and have them installed at my leisure and my choice of tire installers everybody wins I have been able to build a relation ship with my installer he likes it because I take the liability off his shoulders of tire choice and save him time he installs cheaper than anyone else and I pay in cash.

Simple Tire had every size of tire I was needing, and the service/shipping was quick and on target. I would encourage anyone needing some tires to visit their web site and see what they can offer you. I used another web tire dealer previously until I found Simple Tire. Cheaper prices and great customer service!
Bought a set of tires on eBay with a warranty of 40,000 miles and they went bald at 14,000 miles. I asked for a refund or treadwear warranty and they wouldn't accept a handwritten install receipt. The tires failed at 6 months of service and 14,000 miles. I provided them with all documentation as well as dated pics of odometer from install date and failure date and they refused to resolve the situation fairly. They offered me a 10% discount on a future purchase when they offer a 20% discount on their website. I should have received a 60-70% treadwear discount. They put me they a complete run around instead of taking care of me. I will never do business with these clowns again. Horrible customer service and inferior products. Be careful dealing with these people as they definitely don't stand behind their products.

As a Christian minister I always look for the good in not just people but well run businesses as well. Before I was ordained back in 1992 i was the lead technician at the local Town Fair Tire, Their business model back then was all about free tire services and long term customer service. In my first year our store sold over $250,000 in tires and services. Customer free maintenance, flat repair, tire rotation and snow tire swaps twice a year. Not so much anymore. At simple Tire I gound a diamond in the rough, I was shopping tires by size on E-bay and ordered 4 tires from Simple Tire. The same day Simple Tire contacted me to say Thanx and that they had been shipped. I read the invoice and realized they were the wrong size for my application. The tires were the correct brand and style i wanted yet a smaller size, My mistake when i looked at my electronic invoice and signature. I called them late in the day to let them know my mistake. The phone was answered by a woman staff member who completely understood my situation. She not only cancelled the delivery of the truck that already left for delivery but suggested a tire they had 4 in stock a better tire not only in tread life but a higher speed rating as well. It became very apparent the entire office staff knew more about modern tires than i did.The correct size tires were more expensive than my original order and to my surprise 2 days later the correct size tires were at my door. The office staff had refunded all my money to my debit account then rebilled me the same amount for the more expensive better quality tires same price same 2 day delivery, saving me not only the price difference but allowed me to fulfill my customer order and installation but allowed me to Pay It Forward saving my customer money, exceeding his expectations.
