I ordered 4 tires from a big retailer. They sent three and lost the forth. After waiting over three weeks I decided ti search for an alternative. Simple tire came through. They had the best price and I got it in three days. Needless to say, they will get all my tire business in the future.

Jonathan Ferguson was a pleasure to work with, ordered 4 Continental tires for our 5th wheel, 2 were coming from one warehouse, 2 from another, we received the first 2, but the other 2 were lost by the shipper, called Jonathan and he sent 2 more immediately, he knew we had a trip planned. The Continental tires were perfect for our 17,500 lb. 5th wheel, we could actually feel the difference on our trip. Customer Service was excellent (not something you encounter a lot) we definitely Will use this company again. Ronnie

I figured I try Simple Tire because I saw positive reviews. I ordered two front tires for my UTV. One came a week later and the other supposedly got lost in the mail. After calling numerous times I finally got someone to answer. She said I'd have my lost tire tracked. Two days later they sent me an email saying my newly ordered tire would get here in four days. I then got another email saying because of the shipper it won't get to my house for two weeks more. I believe they took my money in hopes they could find the tire they never had. This is totally unacceptable and I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB. No Company should operate this way.

I am ready to go on vacation and last thing is to get tires installed. Went to installer per my Simple Tire emails. Only 2 tires present. I have spent the last 2 hours on phone/hold/being disconnected and getting nowhere with SimpleTire. I am wondering if they went out of business. I can understand delays, but no way to get ahold of this company? I mean, losing a day is not the end of the world, but do I need to make other arrangements?

I purchased four tires from them today, or should I say that I thought I had. Called in and ordered the tires, gave all the info to the sales person. He called back about fifteen minutes later saying his computer crashed and he needed the information again. I gave him the info and got a confirmation of the order via text. Never got the info via email. I went online to check on the order and get an ideal of delivery time. NOTHING. I tried calling and couldn't get through, only told me to leave a message, but promptly hung up and wouldn't let me leave a message. After several attempts, I sent an email over the website. No response. I contacted my bank to see if there was a charge and found out that they ran the card twice, got approved twice and then returned the funds. No phone calls, no emails, no text messages and no way to contact them... Flake outfit. Stay away. I have nothing to add a photo of...

I ordered the tires based on the stated delivery time. I told customer service that I would not be able to use them if they arrived later than Friday. I waited all the way through Saturday hoping they would come. We left on Saturday and three of the tires were rescheduled for a later delivery. I once again cancelled the order stating I would not be there to receive them or send them back. The returned three of them but delivered one tire a week later. I have no way to return to that address until 5 months from now. If the tire isnt stolen it will have been sitting in the sun, uncovered in the heat of the Mojave desert where summer temperatures reach 120 degrees. I will never deal with this incompetent company again. I have multiple emails of my side of the story and have received no satisfaction other than I have to return the tire in 30 days from delivery. They continue to lie and change their story. I have proof of our communications in writing. I will never deal with this company again.

I found this site and was skeptical of its legitimacy. So i called them the next day to see if i got a american representative or one in a foreign country. The sales and tech guys were very courteous and told me about their inventory. So i went online and ordered my tires. The were on my doorstep in 3 days. They were what i ordered and i am pleased. The price was good and i coulda got them on sale cheaper the day before but i missed it as i wanted to make sure they was real company. Yes, as you can tell i have been victim of internet scams before. Lol. Simple tire is real, and i highly recommend them. I will be purchasing from them in the future
