Simple, efficient. The only down side was the volume didn't work on some of the slides.

It was great.

Quick and painless so far. That was before I studied the material and took the tests. The whole process was very easy to understand and easy to pass and complete the tests. I hope I learned enough to give correct aid to persons in trouble. I had already been CPR/First Aid certified but needed to renew for current responsibilities. I hope that is the reason it seemed too easy.

Straight forward and to the point no hoops to jump through to get certified you just take the exams and once you're done they ship the card to you, easy as that!

ACCURATE AND UPDATED.

I found the slides to be somewhat glitchy, meaning they sometimes didn't move forward. I had to exit the program and re-enter to get them to work properly, but even after that I sometimes had to go back in order to move forward.
