Simple.biz worked well with us on the design of our website and the first few call to make adjustments. Beyond that they failed all categories that we were involved in. 1) Their SEO only provided a marginal improvement on hits 2) Low - Integrity - communications & broken promises. After a few months, and a few complaints and request our website was no longer on the internet. Not sure why yet at this time we were letting go and rebuild our old website. We noticed 3 months later we were still being billed and reached out to the company. We then noticed the site was still up. We called 8 - 10 times for an explanation and only received "I'll have Bob call you back" or "Someone from the accounting department will call you back." This went on for several weeks with no return calls. We also receive an email that said the same. Poor communications, and no conflict resolutions. They finally resolved this by taking the site down again.
All over less than $210. To our Non-Profit that was needlessly wasted of money.
