The website was not working correctly. It took 3 months to fix. They tried billing me for a non working website. Trying to get in touch with anyone to resolve the problem was virtually impossible. Had to cancel the service and moved to GoDaddy. I highly recommend NOT using this company.
Mcgyver did a quick return phone call and provided great and pretty good service.
When I need help or changes with my website Simple.biz is only an Email away and Patrick, my tech guy there, is responds quickly and effectively every time!
Worth every penny and more for this kinda service that allows me to make critical changes speedily, a "must do" in today's eCommerce world.
