I absolutely loved everything in my order. I was wondering about the liquid eye shadow since I had used others and it felt heavy and wet. The eye shadow from simple treasures was light and has just enough sparkle Shipping was fast and the customer service experience was enjoyable.
I ordered from this business to support the owner and then was muted by one of her moderators on a live sale for saying "yes". Then the owner proceeded to yell at me for trying to tell her what happened and muted me again. Will never support this business again. The same thing happen to many other customers the same day.
I purchased 2 vouchers worth $50 from IncentRev. / Sweet Deals. According to the voucher restrictions: "No more than two vouchers per transaction ". So I assumed that I could use both vouchers in one transaction. WRONG! When I tried to use both at checkout, only one voucher could be used.
I contacted Sweet Deals IncentRev.
Their response was that I am to use the vouchers separately which is NOT what is stated on my vouchers. I was VERY disappointed because I now had to pay $15 shipping and another $15 shipping since I could not use both vouchers in one transaction!
Don't know who to blame but be aware because the restriction information has not been changed.
Also - wish they had more Victoria's Secret items.
I would not buy again and I would not recommend.
My experience with simple treasures was great! I couldn't find a certain kind of fragrance mist in the Bath and Body Works store, so I came to Simple Treasures site and they had it! The price was excellent and shipping was super fast. I would defiantly recommend!
I was amazed at the many items they had from Bath and Body Works. Also, the yummy scent variations! I wanted to get alot more than I did! Shipping was fast but I did get 2 items of scents I have never smelled in lotions before and yet they are two of my very favorite scents in the world!
I have purchased 2 different times, both times with different brands of candles - they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I placed a 3rd order tonight on personal fragrances, will continue to order when I can catch candles in stock
I have recently purchased two t-shirts, 2 different Victoria Secret Perfumes and two Victoria Secret lip glosses from Simple Treasures For Sale. The merchandise arrived timely and in perfect condition. All items were in original sealed packaging. On top of it, I saved over $75 off retail by buying from Simple Treasures For Sale.
They are unprofessional and very rude. They lied and said it was shipped out one day but didn't actually ship it out until days later. I regret ordering from them and wish I could get a refund but they advised me and their viewers on tik tok that it's a case by case basis and it has to have something wrong with it to get a refund. I hope they lose the privilege to sell things online due to their unprofessionalism and hate I and many other people feel from both Wendy and John.
I am sorry that you did understand when it clearly stated that your order wouldn’t be shipped until Thursday when you ordered. Refunds are done on a case by case basis and one can not be issued after the order has been shipped.

I won't a $50 gift certificate from Simple Treasures but when I Received it, it was in $5 increments. Thinking I could shop for $50 still I I went through the process of picking out the things I'd like to find out at checkout I may ONLY USE ONE $5 gift certificate at a time! What a waste and not at all what I was told I had won! They are very deceptive company.
