They went above and beyond to help me get a sign up in the middle of no where after issues with the sight when ordering my sign. Then had issues with an over helpful neighbor who took the sign down and put it behind the house.
I love how when the sign is installed there's a text message with a picture. Thank you~ They are very responsive and always gets the job done. I wish the website install and uninstall request was easier to use.
Filled out the online form, however when I received the confirmation email, key elements of the order were missing. I had to email Whitney with the corrections, and everything worked out fine. A fellow agent indicated that she never uses the website because it doesn't work properly; she just bypasses it and emails SSNW directly.
I appreciate the technology and online scheduling and prompt sign delivery. Just need to be sure when signs are selected they are for the correct property type----EG for sale versus for lease.

Placed a sign placement order. Cancelled it day of. They said they were able to cancel it. Then I get a bill that they placed it. They didn't as there was no evidence on dirt or security of cameras. They said they always take photos of sign placement, so I asked for it. They could not produce photos. I sent photos of non disturbed dirt. They have yet to produce photos. I paid the bill but will never use them.
They went out of their way to help me! Super helpful and great communication. I shopped around and rates were very reasonable as well.
I will use this business again for sure!
Took three days to get my signs installed because the installer had too many on his route. Overall the company was great to work with and I'll use them again!
We had to play phone tag a bit so Kevin stepped it up and text me. I really appreciate that he did everything he could to make sure I had what I needed. The sign was up on time even though I gave them short notice. It's clean and looks great!
