Signs.com sent me boat decals rather than boat lettering and were unwilling to make it right. After an hour conversation, where I showed them that when you upload an image the website would switch from boat lettering to boat decal without an alert, I received a call back from a manager telling me that they would credit my account 30%. 7 days later, nothing is in my account and I am receiving no email responses. I was not happy with a 30% credit to my account but felt I had no additional recourse. The worst part for them is that I have spent thousands of dollars with signs.com and rather than have a happy customer and a loss on a 200 dollar job they have lost a customer that will make sure people think twice before using them.
I couldn't figure out the self-design, and so the designers made the sign for our glass door. I had to reorder an additional name to be added months later, and they pulled the right design and got that added immediately. Highly recommend.
I like the self design and ability to upload my own Logo. Once I have designed the item another person on the design team verifies all my info prior to order being placed. Good tracking info provided and easy to reach customer service quickly.
They Look great! Very happy :) I'd definitely come back and get more when I need. The only thing I'd say is that the packaging wasn't great. They slid to one end and one end of each was creased and wrinkled. Maybe bag and tape to the cardboard insert?
Great custom signs and excellent people helping me. The colors are perfect. Signs. Com custom made my sign from a photo I had of what I wanted the signs to look like. I would recommend them to my friens anytime.

Signs.com did a super job helping me make a new sign for our church office entrance. I was very pleased with the short turn around and how easily we were able to get our tax exempt status filed.
I had to have signs for a gallery that was supposed to created by Sunday. I needed full color 14"x36" plastic signs, with holes drilled in each corner to be mounted on standoffs. Even local places weren't going too be able to accommodate the fast turnaround for a cost that was doable. Signs.com did! I ordered by 5pm on Wednesday, chose overnight shipping, and I had them at my doorstep on Friday. And they look great! I thought I'd have to accept lower quality for such a fast turnaround. Price was very good as well as overnight shipping cost was super reasonable. Just did the SAME thing this week with many more signs needed. I should probably get this stuff done sooner. But I have no doubt I'll have an excellent quality product at my door in time. THANK YOU!
This sign is much better than I thought it would be. Very well made with no imperfections. Definitely recommend as it seems it will last a very long time.

These turned out better than the window decals I ordered last year. The window decals where 40"x76" and turned out pixelated. This time I used an image from the gallery for an 8'x8' banner. Was very pleased with how it turned out.
This company is amazing. There was a mix up on my first order - mostly a misunderstanding on my part - and they went far above and beyond to make it right! The new signs are perfect!
