I ordered at least 6 months ago and never received my order. When i tried to email the email address they gave me, it said it wasn't able to. STAY AWAY FROM TRENDSY BOUTIQUE! All fake and just a scam
If it was up to me I would not give a single star.I placed an order months ago. Lack of communication.I requested a refund someone responded and agreed to it. Weeks letter I received an emailed with tracking information. Package was delivered to an address in Georgia and my shipping address was NYC. I emailed them several times regarding matter and I was ignored. Never received my package nor money back.
This business is a scam. Do not buy from them. They have been impossible to reach and no way of checking for the supposed items they shipped. So mad at them ugh

This company doesn't even deserve one star. The are a fraud have been doing this scheme for a long time. Whoever is reading this just buy from Amazon.
Ordered a jacket and eventually after 7 weeks I received a bracelet. When I questioned what had happened Trend Boutique told me it was the shipping companies error so not their responsibility. Then they said that their manager was ‘ very angry ‘ and so offered me a 43% discount on next order! Obviously a complete sham of a company. DO NOT USE
I placed an order on line for a pair of John Rocha Jeans. My money was taken from my account, plus extra charge for "exchange rate" difference. I noticed that payment had been made to a company in Huntsville, USA. I waited several weeks - nothing received! Yesterday I received a small package from a Company named Shishai, in CHINA,. The package contained 3 pairs of men's socks! Supposed to be Versace but obviously fake! No jeans! No packing slip, - no order details, only a Chinese telephone number. Tried phoning - no response. This is a toal rip off. Do not deal with these people. Very dodgy indeed!
I placed an order of a pair of pants size S on DressOLook.com but received size XS (needless to say, these are too small). I emailed support (using email on the DressOLook's website) - no reply, I called the number on their site - disconnected. I did a little research and to find out that TrendWayDress was the one who charged me - so I contact them. I emailed *******@trendwaydress.com (email on the transaction record) - no reply; called the number on the website - person who answered the phone claimed that I reached a residence and that she did not know "Trend Way Dress"... Still trying to get my $$ back!

I p, aced an order for a sweatshirt on 06/12/2019 and on the site it said it would take 7-15 business days to arrive. It is now 08/14/2019 and NOTHING! I tried emailing them and calling them NOTHING, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and The Attorney General's Office In Florida for FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!
Purchased insoles from Trend Boutique. Company represented that they shipped from California. Charge hit my credit card and still no product after one month. Finally arrived from CHINA. Cheap, flimsy, not worth time to order the insoles. Contacted customer service to find out information to return. No response. Went directly through my credit card company to dispute. Had sent merchandise through UPS tracking so they would have to sign for package. On Facebook ad all 27 reviews were five stars. Don't believe every review you read!
I wish I had read reviews before ordering from the Trend Boutique! The return policy is absolutely horrendous! As other reviewers have said, I purchased a dress for around $234, it was on "sale" discounted only $35 off from original price. I wish I would have paid the $35 to be able to return the dress. I loved the dress, but it was too big... so I followed all the instructions to return and to my surprise they told me I could only get store credit due to the return policy because my item was on sale. I would have gotten a size smaller but they didn't have it to exchange, so I wanted my money back. I don't want anything else from the store, I only wanted that one dress for graduation and now I lost my money. Shop somewhere else, they are definitely not worth the hassle.
There return policy is horrible. They take 20 off or less & consider it on sale so that you can't return it. It is worth paying full price than to not be able to have a refund.
Made a purchase, it didn't fit, requested an RMA number, no response from customer service. I returned the item anyway and emailed them again that it's on the way. They responded to this email saying they can't accept my return without an RMA. I again reiterated that I contacted customer service prior to returning and didn't get a response. They ignored this and said they would "try" to intercept my package before it was returned by their returns department. I received an email saying they found my package in the return to sender bin. -__- I was told my return was processed but here I am almost a month later disputing the charge because I haven't seen my refund of over $100. Never again will I shop here.
I have had 2 bad experiences with this online store. One dating back at least 3 years ago (you'd think i would learn). First experience: I ordered a whole bunch of t-shirts one of which came in a humungous size. When I emailed to tell them, no one responded so I emailed again telling them how frustrated I was - they then emailed me saying THEY were frustrated because they had tried emailing me and couldn't get through (BULL$#*!!) I think in the end, to change the size of the shirt i was going to have to pay for the shipping charges - even though it was their mistake - so i just left it.
Second experience: ordered a dress for about $300. It never arrived so i emailed them. They then launched an "investigation" which they said would take 30 days. After 30 days I never heard from them & so I emailed them again. They apologised and gave me 2 options: either i pay an extra $26 to get the item expressed shipped with tracking, or they would give me a store credit. It has been nearly 3 months since the initial order, $300 paid for absolutely nothing! I have emailed them demanding a full refund, let's see what they say back!
My experience is similar to the others, but I don't yet know if I'm going to be fully ripped off or just partially: I ordered two shirts from TTB - same brand, same size. One is on backorder for a month, and the other hasn't shipped yet as far as I know. Meanwhile... I received (from another shop) another of these shirts in the same size & brand & now know that it won't be the right size, so rather than go through the returns hassle I contacted TTB and asked if we could cancel the order. They replied - very quickly - and said they were unable to cancel the order, but would "... exchange the items... or you can return them once they arrive to you". They then referred me to their return policy.
So - let's summarize: they won't cancel the order even though it hasn't shipped. And - b/c they are insisting that they send it to me, this automatically demands that I pay to send it back (which I wouldn't mind… except that I'm trying to avoid this and stop it from being shipped in the first place). Here's the kicker: despite the fact that they offered "free shipping" on the order, in the 'fine print' they state that if you return the items (again... at your own cost), they will refund you for the items MINUS the amount that should have been charged to you for the "free shipping"! According to the other reviews, it's questionable if they will refund the $$ at all, but if I manage to get some $$ back, clearly it will be minus shipping - both ways. "Free Shipping" is a falsehood. This is quite possibly the worst focus on customer experience I have ever come across. DO NOT give them your business!
Answer: Scam this place iconic boutique is a total scam I want my $79 back
