Ultra slow customer service and very cold attitude
The USA is exempt from a returns policy if an item is on sale. This is different to Europe.
So a pair of unworn immaculate in box with tags on 1970's style REDONE leather clogs in original packaging that are too small for me and cost me £380 are not eligible for a refund.
