And there was no information about the parcel in tracking system except the information that origin post was preparing to ship the parcel. As result it appeared that the delay was caused by Post Office and the information on their web-site still was the same when the parcel was finally delivered. I have just contacted Customer service of shopping-heaven and they explained me that unfortunately such issues are not unique.
