I was charged monthly for what I understood was information at the least. I received nothing. Nothing is obviously not no value to ke, yet I was charged and actually paid for i. Since I am not getting my! Money back, I refused to continue to be chaeged. Never si! Ple, very straightforward on my behalf. Since I wasn't n accruing an interest in anything, including any kind of membership interest, I canceled monthly payments of no value to me.

I purchased something from them in June 2020 for $10. Shortly after that they started taking $19 a month out of my account. I have know merchandise or anything to show for this!.

Never heard of this company and have a charge on my account for $19.37. Tried to email and it was returned address unknown. If I don't receive a refund I will take further action!
I made a purchase almost a year ago. The. I am enough ring. I was unaware of a MEMBERSHIP that they somehow included in my purchase! For 19.87 monthly! I just recently noticed my transactions from my account and so far I see 11 deductions for 19.87 which total 218.57. Which I am looking into so I can get refunded! I will be contacting my financial institution to look into this matter as well! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! I have read numerous reviews that are saying the same thing! REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! They certainly haven't heard the last from me! ONE VERY UPSET AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!

1st time purchasing. Was quick and easy. But was disappointed in the quality of the bracelets. Bar is thin and is not attached to the chain very securely. Saying on bar is somewhat difficult to read.

I never agreed to a membership, I only ordered 2 rings, which I have not received. Just noticed they took 19.87 out of my account, even though I told them to cancel me.
Answer: Call them right away and tell them you do not want a membership and request a refund of monthly subscription cost!
Answer: Call your bank and cancel the transaction. Say you never rec'd the services. That's all it takes. This company is atrocious!
Answer: You can do that through the website or by calling. I would call either way to confirm your monthly subscription has been cancelled. Check your account for next month or two to make sure they have done so. On a bright note: I WAS refunded my 2nd month's subscription fee, I saw the credit when I checked my account. But I was told the first month could not be refunded - so time is of the essence!
