The order arrived in time for Christmas, was very pleased with the quality and workmanship/artistry of the map that I purchased. It also came with good mounting instructions which is a first time I have ever seen that. So all in all very happy with purchase.

Arrived safely in UK despite difficult weather conditions in Spain at the time of posting. The map fits perfectly in the Ikea 'Rodalm' frame and looks great in the hallway of our new home

The map was delivered quickly. It's lovely and has the amount of detail I was hoping it would have. The customs fee for receiving it was high (22 CHF) and much higher than I expected, but that's not the fault of the producer. It's well worth it even with that cost added on. Very pleased!

Thank you for mentioning the import charge as well, unfortunately this cannot be helped though I believe Switzerland is one of the few countries that does apply them to my shipments due to it being outside the European customs union. Hopefully this will not put you off placing another order in future!

I was so happy with my map of the Valencian Community that I purchased one for my friend. They may seem a little pricey but you must take into account the hundreds of hours that the author may have spent creating it. The print is of exquisite quality and the packaging is ok, it includes a note on how to handle the product to avoid damaging it. Will consider buying in the future.

My second purchase from Mike Hall. I wanted to buy an old map of Europe for a while. Took it straight to the Only Place For Frames in Highbury and Islington who did a great job on the first print. Can't wait until mid January when it should be ready for me to collect and hang.

Ordered a map of London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames. Website is very good. Fairly smooth process, but was slightly disconcerted by vagueness on delivery time and final charges (as it didn't seem that there was a UK supplier available), but I needn't have been concerned. Parcel arrived quickly from Spain.

I apologise for the vagueness on delivery times, this is temporary while the Royal Mail system is still recovering from the disruption caused by the strikes in December, making it difficult to give accurate estimates. However, things seem to be returning back to normal and I will update my information accordingly.

Very fast delivery from Spain. Was going to order a smaller map a few months ago but the cost of posting almost doubled the final cost. Very happy to now order a larger map with minimal additional fees.

The long Easter weekend will have contributed to the slightly longer wait time, as Good Friday is a bank holiday here in Spain.
