Great customer service throughout; received updates on order, quick response to request for invoice and ability to track the parcel. The map is beautiful and greatly appreciated by recipient.
Maps are good and as described on the site, came in a solid tube with tissue paper to protect them.
I wish pricing was clearer - not only was VAT not displayed till at the end but thanks to Brexit UK orders incur a customs charge. If the seller had included this in the payment I would have avoided the extra charge for them not doing so. So it ended up costing a lot more than the original price displayed on the website.
Hi Jonathan, many thanks for your comments. I do try to make the VAT issue clear on my shop website. It is stated on each product page that the display price excludes VAT and the shopping cart page also states that VAT is calculated at the checkout. There is also an "FAQ" section on my shop website that explains why this is and also about customs charges on imports (which only apply to shipments with a value of £135 or more): https://shop.thisismikehall.com/pages/faqs. This is an unwelcome side-effect of Brexit, and the UK's subsequent withdrawal from the European customs union. Do please get in contact if you have any questions. Best wishes - Mike

Wonderful print, looks and feels great on high quality paperstock. Well packaged, arrived in perfect condition having travelled across a continent. Very fast delivery from Spain. Was going to order a smaller map a few months ago but the cost of posting almost doubled the final cost. Very happy to now order a larger map with minimal additional fees.
