SHOFUR

Most people have never rented a bus before. I was one of them. Was researching bus companies for hours online for a long trip. Everyone was quoting us over 10K for our trip. Didn't know who to go with honestly. Shofur felt the most reliable one. They really explained to me the ins and out and how to go about renting a bus. Nicole gave me several quotes over the phone and took her time.

My recommendation would be Shofur without reservation.

I have used ShoFur for many events such as work related (Corporate event) but the most recent one was for my sisters wedding. I could not be more pleased and happy with a company that I have dealt with in the past. I always relied on ShoFur for my corporate events. The experience from booking to the driver and the expectation buses and limos was a whopping 5 STARS! I highly recommend this company for anyone's transportation needs. Thank you ShoFUr for never letting us down!

Easily the best charter bus rental service across the United States. The customer service was exceptional as well as the checkout process. I spoke with Nicole and they walked me through the entire process and made suggestions on our trip. I can certainly say that Shofur went above and beyond.

These guys were transparent and easy to deal with. The driver was there right on time and they even upgraded the car at no extra charge. They were very professional and it was a great experience all around.

I had a stellar experience with Shofur! I say this, because great customer service seems like it is so hard to come by, these days. I cannot for the life of me remember the womans name that I was speaking with over the phone, but wherever she is, I am shouting another huge thank you to her for being so helpful! Also, the prices arent too bad. Specifically, when we were needing to transport a large group of people together, on a budget.

I'd give this company zero stars if I could. They had my reservation for over a month for 2 buses to shuttle 120 people flying in from all over the world for an annual summit. After multiple calls with staff to ensure that I had what I needed, on the very day of the event, they called me to say the drivers had gone into overtime and could no longer drive the buses. They will try to say that they did everything they could, but they didn't and they don't. This company is horrible. They caused huge amounts of stress, cost me my credibility and reputation with my co-works and my community, and basically ruined 6 months of planning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! No matter what they say in the comments to this post, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Normally I don't write review and all but my trip to phoneix was made pleasant by Shofur by providing me quick pickup from airport to my destination in Phoenix. Needless to say, the services are best in industry and I would hire them again in my next visit soon. With Shofur it all became so easy to manage.

As an event planner for multiple organizations, I can easily say this is the WORST bus company I have ever worked with. I believed to be booking with Atlanta Charter Bus Company, but it was actually the company, Shofur. This company arrived 2 hours late to picking up my group of 50+ people, leaving us STRANDED in a parking lot until they eventually arrived after I had confirmed the location and pick-up time with the company and bus driver the day before. I called the company to file a formal complaint and ask for a partial refund. The company directed me to fill out a form that would be sent to corporate and reviewed within the week. Now 2 months later there has been no follow up from the company despite my attempts at emailing and calling Shofur. This company clearly doesn't understand customer service and ignores their customers when there are problems with their service in an attempt to keep their money. Whatever you do, do NOT book with this company.
