After calling and working with Shofur over a dozen times I find that Shofur constantly has the best customer service. Updates and changes in quotes are immediate.
This company does a great job with a usually difficult service! In the past, booking charter buses has been a total nightmare for me. But, with Shofur, I have help along the way. Their customer service is really friendly and helpful, and they always make sure I get what I'm looking for. Definitely check out Shofur whenever you need a charter bus.

I love Shofur! It's a great alternative to typical limo and transportation companies. The employees are respectful and answer all your questions. They arrive on time (which is a huge bonus) and don't make you feel bad if you're running late!

Do NOT book with Shofur! We ended up having to CANCEL a trip to DC for 45+ students because the bus NEVER SHOWED UP due to a glitch in their system. We called and confirmed Monday, called and confirmed again Thursday night, and called and confirmed again Friday morning (day of trip) 15 minutes before the bus was supposed to arrive. Each time we were told you all are good to go. Then NO ONE EVER CAME. Every time we called we got attitude and long holds. No one could actually help us until 3 hours after we were due to depart. This could not have been a more awful experience.
I wish I could give 0 stars. In December I reserved and paid in full for a 56 passenger charter bus for my wedding. Five weeks before our date, they inform me they will be doing maintenance on all buses at that location on that day. The woman told me I could request a bus from another location for an additional $250 and they were willingly to split the cost with me. I was stunned. While trying to question why I was being financially punished for them not honoring our original agreement, she quickly got short with me and said they would offer a refund and we could rent with a different company. Her quick change to brashness lead me to believe she was just trying to get more money out of me and needed to move on to the next innocent customer with a reservation. She hung up without a goodbye, sorry or confirmation of a refund. Now, I am back at square one 5 weeks before my wedding. I cannot believe the unprofessional manner this situation was handled. Please do not fall for this scam of a company.
The best travel company ever to come across. They have a good customer service and reliable. Shofur has the most comfortable and cleanest buses. They are fast enough and do not let one down. They really made my family have a great time in their tour. I highly recommend this company.
Every time I book with Shofur, I know I'm getting the best in customer service and top notch equipment. They've never been late, and they always make sure I'm comfortable before during and even after the ride. I tell all my friends regardless of what they're planning, if they're on the road, use Shofur!
Excellent service, the driver showed up on time, reliable company to work with, had an airport transfer early in the morning and didn`t have any trouble to get our group flight, and they even give some amenities on the way, if I had asked for a breakfast they probably picked that up for us.

I was so happy to share here my experienced of Shofur bus trip. It made bus reservation easy for me. I was enjoy my trip from Atlanta. They were so professional and punctual in time. Staff is also very responsive and friendly. Their first priority is passengers safety. That's why I mostly like to used this services.
Shofur is responsible for my best traveling experience. From the convenient booking to the friendly drivers, all was very smooth. Bus seats leave plenty of legroom, and they do what ever is asked to make the trip more enjoyable. Definitely, would recommend as well as use again for all of my future travels.
We can't explain how much we had fun in Prom Nights. We booked a 50 passenger bus. We all were dancing whole nights. The sound system was really great. We appreciate the behavior of our driver. He was on time and very much friendly with all of us. We would like to take such amazing party bus service from Shofur again.
Shofur proved to be a good choice for us. The drivers were always on time and the buses were clean and comfortable. When dealing with a lot of retired people those things became very important. I highly recommend Shofur.
All amenities are up to date which acceptional service. Definitely feel at home in your time there, I was able to work on my freeLance job with its WiFi while relaxing and even taking breaks with the wonderful tvs they have. Also bathroom isn't an issue, everything is top notch! Definitely will be coming back, recommend to anyone!
SHOFUR was JUST GREAT. Loved the customer service we received from Shofur. They helped us and were extremely helpful. After calling many bus companies across New York this was the most helpful one. They got a quote to us immediately and explained every step of the process.

Everything was great! Who doesn't love Shofur? They are always avaiable 24/7. To my knowledge they are the only ones that are open at all times. Customer service people really know their stuff and are helpful. No nonsense, straight to business!

Shofur is best. I have gone on several trips with them. The Drivers are always top notch, office staff is always ready and willing to offer assistance. My daughter and I went to NYC requested broadway tickets to Wicked and got the best seating ever. The buses are alway clean. If it is a tour their escorts are knowledgeable and very helpful. They will provide maps to help in NY or DC. Let Shofur do the driving and have peace of mind and relax going and coming from an adventure you will never forget.
Been to Atlanta many times but this is the first time we have been on a tour bus. We really enjoyed. Started on the red route with a tour guide. Very amusing young man. The blue route was with headphones which seemed a little dull. Too much music.
When I visit Atlanta I am going to come back with my family for a tour with your shuttles.

Definitely not what I paid for! Rather than take a flight and go through the hassle of airports for a 3 1/2 hour car ride... I thought I'll take the luxury bus that was advertised... so when a van came and the driver repeatedly explained that it's cheaper for the company to have a van run for 5 people than a bus... I immediately thought how deceiving... no advertised WiFi, reclining seats, bathrooms etc. Then we took this long route to Houston that was 10 minutes short of 5 hours... what the Hell?! So people who are waiting to pick us up are waiting to the arrival time of 2:15 like it says on the website but we'll be an hour later than that. I'm not even sure why we went this long route and had two stops because we didn't pick up anyone else, so it really didn't make sense. All I can say is Never again and refund please! #Ridiculous #FalseAdvertising
