I called Shofur in a panic, because the bus company I had lined up for my companies' trip backed out that evening the day before the trip. Their customer care was very helpful and had my bus booked in about 5 minutes. Bus arrived on time and driver was very accommodating (our timing changed slightly during the trip) and pleasant. Bus was clean & in good condition. Thanks Shofur
