I have a beautiful little boy with autism. He is a hippy toe walker and all the shoes we could find. We're hard soles wouldn't fit over his heal. Until I researched and found show zoo. My son has not stopped smiling. Thank you for making this mama and son very happy
My fault for not checking further to know that if I chose the wrong size shoes, I would have to pay to ship them back AND a re-stocking fee. Don't buy from them. So many other, better retailers out there.
I went to www.shoezoo.com because im a shoeaholic, and 60-80% off of retail for name brand shoes sounded to good to be true. And it was. Once u visit this site its easy to see that pretty much none of the "name Brands" were discounted. They write some price in red like that's the killer deal but if u know what your favorite brands cost at regular retail price then their "deeply discounted" phony pricing wont fool u.
I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max 90 for 66 bucks. I ordered a 10.5 they sent a 9. I had to pay to send them back. The price jumped up to $120.00. I told them I would like to exchange for the correct size and pay the original price of $66.00. Since this was their mistake I was hoping they would accomodate. Customer service stated they had no recollection that I even ordered and received a pair of shoes. I had proof I ordered from them. They did nothing to accomodate of help in any way. They may be cheap but if the shoe doesn't fit then it's not worth it. They are a bunch of idiots! Don't waste your time you'll be sorry. By the way I had to rate 1 star and didn't even want to give them that.
They are made very cheaply and just aren't comfortable. The inside lining of the boot around where it would hit your calf are lined with shiny cheap plastic. They don't slouch well at all because of the stiff fabric they're made of. I am returning it today and order another one from oyshouse.
Wrong shoes sent, no response from customer service. Have to pay to ship back to them. They rely on people not doing this because of the cost and hassle. Would never buy from them again.
This place is an absolute rip-off. Do not do business and less you want to be taken.
