I've talked to Samantha, Paul, Retchie, and a few others it took me almost 2 months to receive the shoes. Not the shoes I order out. The material order are completely different shoe. They didn't want it back with Amanda kept telling me I'll get my refund plus a little extra for my inconvenience. Then I spoke to the other so it just seems like they keep lying and stating to me they gave me my refund so I'm so glad I found this site. For anybody who wants to complain, Beyond this! I'm Filing a claim with a Better Business Bureau. We can't let companies like this get away with it. They don't even have a phone number! All of this is ethical, unprofessional and organized and just downright wrong. We spent our money on items we didn't receive or we didn't receive the right item and will slide to mislead. That's a problem. My uploads are receipts of me paying for my item. The fact that it's supposed to be on this way, you should never take two months and then it wasn't the right app. It's not the same material color or type of shoe that I bought and you can see that between what I bought versus what they sent me in the pictures. Also, this is con emails between the company they're lying to me back my money and me talking to them.

This item took weeks to arrive. The boots that I ordered which looked distressed and vintage in the photo, are mustard yellow. So cheap and ugly!
I've reached out via email 3 times for a return label and no response. Stay away from this site!

Company is fraudulent-the shoes do not look anything like website pic and sizing is off a size if not 2! They refuse to answer my emails to return the product which has to be done within 30 days of delivery which took almost a mon. Phone # isn't in service! Don't waste your money or time!

The boot I ordered took over a month to come in. They shipped the wrong size and it looks nothing like the pic on website. Customer service # is not in service, who knows if I'll be able to return them. Don't order from this company!

It arrived in a plastic bag all scrunched up. There is no buckle like in the picture—it is so cheap, like cardboard, that the first time you put your foot in it, it's done. No receipt or anything in the bag- does not seem like they accept returns. They won't let you put a review on their page- they actually falsely advertise that these get 5 stars when all 37 of the reviewers here are 1 star.

I ordered beautiful boots back in November and received cheap quality junk boots in January that looked nothing like the boots I ordered. Well the shape was the same but the material, stitching and details like a size pocket on the boot were completely different or non-existent.
I have messaged them 2 weeks ago to start my return. They are responding but it takes them 2-6 days to respond and they still haven't told me how to return these and get a refund. So far I have emailed with 3 maybe 4 different reps and the best they offered was a 5% discount which is a joke. I would maybe pay $10 MAX for these shoes to use as a costume but not $60 like I did.

I order a pair of bohemian boots I received a horrible pair of shoes not even close to what I ordered. I sent an email with images of what I ordered and what they sent and they have the nerve to say the items are similar just a different color

When I contacted them at first they didn't respond. It wasn't until after I opened a PayPal case they responded and shipped the shoes I ordered several weeks after purchase. I rejected the order as I no longer needed them and was never refunded.

I ordered my birthday present from my husband, which were my dream boots. I ordered them on September 12,2023. I never received a confirmation number or any correspondence whatsoever. They FINALLY, after I emailed them numerous times, said they'd been DELIVERED 6 days prior. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I got an immediate refund but that's not the point! They're scammers and they shouldn't be allowed to screw people!

I ordered platform espadrilles, received some plastic completely different sandal. Do Not order from this company! After submitting a complaint with PayPal, the company only offers 10% refund due to the variation on styles they send to their customers. The sandal they sent was not a variation, it was completely different. If I order a shoe, I want the exact shoe I order. The size is not even listed on the shoe and they are not a 9.5 as I ordered, maybe an 8. SO THIS COMPANY SENDS RANDOM SHOES IN RANDOM SIZES to their customers. AND THEY EVEN HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE FULL PRICE $68 FOR PLASTIC SANDALS.

This website sucks I will never waist my time and money the boots I order for me and my daughter looks nothing like the picture they look very cheap and ugly I spent $105 was on sale for $49.99 a piece I order them September 13 2023 received them October 27 2023 them they sent a different color from the ones I order don't buy both from them

Boots are a crap knock off china version, nothing like pictured heel is plastic just awful. Took almost two months to get, now fighting for a return label for this junk!

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing. I ordered tall boots. They stink. I have had them on a porch with windows open for two and a half weeks and they still stink. They are cheaply made as well. Now I am attempting to return them and the company has stopped all communication with me. Looks like I am out some money. Save yourself my headache.

Dont order because you're not getting them messed my Birthday up waiting on this eww shoes it is extremely sad that this company preys on others as they have done and continue to do. Class action settlement will be happening soon ip address can track you anywhere in this beautiful little world. Everyone dont play about their hard earned money for someone to steal it.

Please do not buy any merchandise from this company. They have inferior merchandise that looks nothing like the image. I was sent a defective set of boots with stains all over one of them and they refused to refund my money. The boots had a terrible chemical odor to them as well and the boots were made of very poor quality product. They required that I pay to return the defective merchandise before they would offer me a refund. They were given photos of the defective merchandise. Their customer service is a ZERO. This company should not be in business

If I had been able to see reviews on this place I would have never ordered from this company they apparently hide reviews the ones on the site are fake customers. Poor customer service can't get anyone to email me back probably a bogus email. I'm extremely passed got a email with probably a fake tracking number. Thats apparently coming from China I would have never ordered from here knowing that I'm extremely pissed off and I told family and friends about this bull$#*! site! I ordered 4 pair of shoes; it took 6 weeks for me to receive them, and then they were all different sizes! Not one of them was the size I ordered, and the ones that stated they were leather were not; they smelled really bad of chemicals. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. When I tried to return, they just sent cut and paste answers and beat around the bush without any real communication or way to reach them through phone call.

I ordered a pair of "leather" boots a month ago.
After I paid and adding an extra $5 tip to support workers, I realized I made a big mistake.
The pictures of the boots were so nice but after I read the reviews I opened a case wit PayPal - which I used to make the payment - to be refunded, I didn't want to linger receive anything.
Some $#*! from this scam company convinced me to close the case sending me a very long email explaining how legit they are.
THEY ARE NOT. I received an awful pair of PURE PLASTIC boots, so so so so low quality I wanted to cry for the frustration.
It's impossible to reach out to them and ask for a refund so I am pretty sure I will lose the money.
Also the website it's called Shoe Me Honey but the bill was from Retro Sandals. FYI.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE
