I'd been eyeing these shoes for a while, so I finally pulled the trigger and bought them. They're just as awesome as they looked online and crazy comfy, which is a lifesaver for my job where I'm on my feet all day. Surprisingly, I didn't have much discomfort breaking them in. Totally digging the style. I also grabbed some sneakers that were cute, but they didn't quite hit the mark. Normally, a size 7 fits me fine, but for some reason, the right shoe feels too big. Gonna have to send those back.
Since the system changed I feel like I'm loosing money every time I forget to skip a month because the credits are no longer worth monetary value towards clothes. Usually if I use my credit I'm spending more than the product is actually on sale as…. Like I can get 2 pairs of shoes for a credit which is 50 but the shoes are only 17 each if I don't use the credits. I will be stopping my membership soon, this email actually reminded me - sucks because I do love your products
I order a LOT from Shoedazzle so I obviously love what they put out. One thing I don't like is the buckle on the outside (which is industry standard to be fair). Why oh why don't we have a strap or boot belt with the buckle on the INSIDE where you can reach it to don and doff the shoe? Usually ShoeDazzle shoes can be modified to move the buckle, but I recently purchased a pair that couldn't be modified. Oh my, it took a half hour to put them on!

I purchased the boots. They arrived pretty quickly, no issues. They didn't fit so I had to return. The process was pretty simple. You could choose tradition return or use a third party called happy returns. I tried out the happy returns and that worked great. I just brought them to my local staples and they did the label and later that day I already had my refund processing.
My only complaint about shoedazzle is when you decide you want to cancel your membership, they do not make it easy.

The experience with JustFab and Shoe Dazzle is always good. However, twice I have gotten a pair of boots and they have been USED, or WORN! I don't understand, how this happens. When I make a purchase I get at least 6-8 pairs on a order and one pair of shoes or a pair of boots is always used! My question is WHY?! This is not a good look, and I really like both of the companies

I had a bad experience with to representatives of the company. One of which who hung up the phone on me in the middle of a service. I feel that I was disrespected and dismissed. I also don't like the fact that certain functions aren't available on the site for example having the right to remove a credit card or other information on your own. As a client I felt as if my personal information/ card is being held hostage. For me that was an uncomfortable feeling for me.

I took a chance on the in color this season, I bought a light yellow bag with a gold tone buckle. I received so many compliments! I love it!
I love your shoes too, but wish more kitten heels would be sold. Unfortunately I had 2 spine surgeries and unable to walk in heels over 2in.

I think my problem is ordering clothes. Luckily I have daughters so if it does t work for me it should work for one of them. I also purchased my first wide width she for my daughter and it fit! Now back to more shopping for her. So not a bad experience. Just gotta find myself a different outfit

I'm always satisfied my only issues is cause I have big feet and they don't always fit in the shoes cause they're crafted for people with petite feet but that's not their fault haha.

Don't get me wrong I love shopping on the site, I love the shoes I always see something I want. It's just that the payment that comes out of my account is not consistent on the date. It comes out of my account on different dates every month and with someone that has a tight budget I would like to know when my money will be taken and if the date can become consistent.

I ordered a pair of booties and jeans and I paid for it, it shows on my account that I paid for it and the amount got token from my account but why does it show that my status total is pending?

Shoes are unique and great quality. More selection of clothing would be nice, but I found some cute stuff. The shoes come in a nice Show Dazzle box, too. Customer Service is good. This company has a good shot of keeping customers.

Always receive amazing products with great deals, however, the shipping information is always delayed therefore you never really know when to expect your shipment. For example, for my last order I received a "delivery" notification the following day after it was delivered and it was showing out for delivery for 2 days straight before that so I was checking the door very regularly just so that I wouldn't miss the shipment or have my package stolen.
