I'd been eyeing these shoes for a while, so I finally pulled the trigger and bought them. They're just as awesome as they looked online and crazy comfy, which is a lifesaver for my job where I'm on my feet all day. Surprisingly, I didn't have much discomfort breaking them in. Totally digging the style. I also grabbed some sneakers that were cute, but they didn't quite hit the mark. Normally, a size 7 fits me fine, but for some reason, the right shoe feels too big. Gonna have to send those back.
Since the system changed I feel like I'm loosing money every time I forget to skip a month because the credits are no longer worth monetary value towards clothes. Usually if I use my credit I'm spending more than the product is actually on sale as…. Like I can get 2 pairs of shoes for a credit which is 50 but the shoes are only 17 each if I don't use the credits. I will be stopping my membership soon, this email actually reminded me - sucks because I do love your products
I just subscribed and the first thing I noticed is that my boot was delivered 4 days later than what the email said.
The boot itself is not snug, so my foot is swishing inside. With my calves not pencil-skinny, the ankle area is loose and makes it not look so graceful when I'm walking.
It's an 8 and that's the size I usually get all my boots. I'm in Canada, so returning this will cost shipping plus the rate exchange will bring me less money back than what I paid. I really wanted to like this boot since it's pretty, plus the price was very pleasing.
I'll stay for another couple of months to see if I can get a better boot/shoe in the next batch.
Shoes are cute but the calf was much bigger than i anticipated. I tried to Put in an exchange/return request and it's not going through.

To bad Every order something is off. They have a responsive system up to shipping and if there are any exceptions.
The address was fat fingered. I have bee with them for 3 years and instead of a courtesy call or email. My order was turned around returned and put back into stock. The items i wanted were sold out when i discovered this issue after tracking days after the projected delivery. Super inconvenient.

Your prices are kind of expensive. I think the company could do with some variances in the price. I'm a lower middle class citizen and $40 is a lot for shoes when I could go to Ross or Burlington and get similar shoes for almost $20 less. I love Shoedazzle a big fan of sandles and boots, but the price is not always right.

I ordered 2 pair of boots but one pair says JustFab and the other Shoedazzle. I went by the measurements and I was way off on size. So I went online but couldn't find my order on JustFab plus it seemed the site wouldn't let me in. I didn't get a receipt as well. I have ordered quite a few pair of shoes and boots from these companies and they're all still in the box and that's because I couldn't get the information needed to return. The shoes are very nice but my problem is the sizing. Thank you

Once I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I immediately, like ten minutes after ordering, called see if I could have the size corrected. They told me that I could not change the order and I would have to send the item back once I got it. I live in Panama and use a forwarding service. I cannot, send back. So I spent money on shoes I could not use or return.

It's the best that I've had all along freight you ship it FedEx just doesn't seem to care about letting us know where the package is and you can't contact them and you when you do get somebody on the phone and get some moron from another country that doesn't understand English the way we use it in America and I hate buying anything that I have to do this it's almost where I want to go back to the stores and put up with the idiots in the stores, until cliche you can't fix stupid.

The fluctuations in pricing and availability makes it difficult to purchase at the best price. It changes daily. Very rarely do they have the sizes when items go on sale

First of all the shoes are nice in pictures. But when you receive them they don't always fit like they should. I am not a person that get to it right away. So i don't always meet the deadline to send them back. The sandals that was a 61/2 fit like a 7 or the ones that wrapped around my legs have a lot of space in them they don't fit my legs. The boots and wedges i had no problem with.

My high school daughter recently bought a beautiful pair of boots from ShoeDazzel, They look great and that's why 3 stars were given instead of 1. What my daughter, and I'm sure many other young people don't realize, is that when you take advantage of their "VIP welcome offer," which reduces the price of your purchase by a good amount, is that you agree to join their "membership" club which automatically charges you $49.95 every single month towards the purchase of new shoes. The first ShoeDazzle rep I spoke to said there was nothing she could do and that all the information about VIP membership was in the small print under "Details." After calling the credit card company to dispute the charge it was also suggested I call the company directly to cancel my daughter's membership. After calling and speaking to another rep at ShoeDazzle I informed her that I had just called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I also expressed my frustration and my opinion that it is really poor PR to sneak in these memberships under "Details." She was kind enough to the cancel our membership and refund the recent $49.95 charge. That's the other reason I gave the company 3 stars vs 1.

I ordered a size 7 thinking it was in US sizing, since there was no label for the sizing and that's what I'm used to. It's 2 sizes too big and for some reason the site kept rejecting an exchange. It all worked out though; I gave it to my mother-in-law, they're super cute boots :)

I have been a customer for at least 10yrs or longer I like that you have the option to skip the VIP membership when you can't afford it at times its also nice when you have multiple credits saved you can buy multiple shoes that are on sale or VIP price some shoes are worth it others are not but I recently found out that if you don't use up your credits in a certain time frame that credit is reduced as time goes on and I absolutely don't agree with their policies because it's your money that they charge your card automatically reducing the amount is stealing.

I've bought previous shoes from here before and they were great quality and fit great but, I bought these boots hoping they would fit my large sized calves (19-20") I followed the sizing chart and measured and everything but unfortunately they did not fit me. I'm disappointed in myself not the shoe or company.

I had disappointing experience with Shoe Dazzle, I send back a pair of boots and was never given a refund or credit. When I attempted to skip a month my card was charged anyway. Very disappointing experience.

My last order was below quality standards. For the price listed on the shoes I would expect high quality product. However, one pair of boots that came in you could see the glue all around the toe of the boot, just piled on. The second pair hat a line of glue across the top of the boot. No boot should leave the factory like this.

Timely delivery, acceptable. However, my usual shoe size did not fit, too tight, so I had to re-order in a bigger size. Because they are pointy toe, I went from 8 to 8.5 and hopefully they fit.
