Ordering was th easy part but it went down hill after that.when the package arrived I tried on all 4 pair to my disappointment none fit but what was crazy was some were too big some too small! Again return SEEMS easy but brought them to the return location got a return confirmation immediately yet I'm waiting for the return and the exchange still and I also lost the deals I had originally had in my cart. Instead of the deal which was the original reason i made a purchase I returned 2 exchange 2 and it came to almost the same price.
Order two pair of boots during shoe dazzle sale, and I am impressed with the fit on both pair.
These are vegan, and won't have the longevity of a pair of leather boots, but they were inexpensive and will get me through the rainy autumn!

I love Shoe Dazzle, but have had a bad experience with my last two returns. The Happy Returns service they use have lost my return twice.

I never received my order. The shipping info stopped at a certain destination and there was no additional info ever provided. I plan to dispute the charge because it was never delivered to me.

I ordered a pair of shoes that I ultimately issued an exchange for. After a couple weeks the shoes never shipped. I reached out to customer service and they tell me now the shoe is out of stock and they were issuing me a credit.
Why didn't the shoe ship when I processed the exchange? Why did I have to reach out to them. I imagine had I not called the order would have been stuck and I never would have gotten an update on it.
The story continues and ultimately they sent me a shoe but not before I almost had to sing a song and do a dance.
I didn't like the process or the level of service I received so I will be cancelling my membership and won't bother to order from them again.

Excellent looks and fits like a glove. I went on a little 2 mile hike in the Sonoma mountains walked through wet grass and crossed a couple of overflowing creeks without any moisture. These shoes fit the bill, totally dry feet. 5 stars rated I will be using these shoes throughout the entire winter
Chat on line unsuccessful. Tried 3 times and was told I was in the cue but no one ever responded.
I was given 4-5 different delivery dates with no explanations for the delay.

I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
