They run big. Ordered an 8 and was too big. Got 7.5 were perfect. Received them fast the first time. Had to exchange and received right away. Will order again.
My boots were way too big and I ordered my usual size. The monthly vip charge is pricey for the shoes to be too big and have to do the return process.

I never agreed to sign up for whatever VIP services they were offering. I just bought shoes. But sure enough, a $49 charge showed up after I purchased the shoes. They did refund it, but I think it's shady practices. If you're a good service, you don't have to trick people into using it.

I have a package that's been stuck at Fed Ex. I spoke to Fed Ex to see when it would show some movement and they were unable to help-it was truly an exercise in futility. I contacted Shoe dazzle and explained the situation. After seeing the same shipping information as me, they advised that most shipments are delivered within 6-14 days and if my shipment didn't arrive by a certain day to let them know. Lo and behold, an email arrived the following morning showing my package to be delivered the following day. I'm giving four stars for Shoe Dazzle to have FedEx do their jobs, but until I have package in hand, I'm reserving judgement
WOW Shoedazzle is absolutely one of the best sites to shop on, especially the main course; Shoes. All kinds of shoes, from boots to slides, stiletto's to pumps and so on, anyone would love this site. Its very organized and well put together then most of them see.
Been with them for years and years. Never had a problem with buying, returning,refund or delivery. I love their shoes.for old and young even kids. Have not bought shoes from any other store but ShoeDazzle all these years.
I made the order because it was suppose to arrive on November 25 and now is arriving on December 5. I needed my order for Thanksgiving.

No one could tell me what was going on and when I gave my order number to see what's going on with a package I never received because they sent me a refund email and yet I have yet to receive any refund they just continue to tell me they don't have an order number in that number.
Everything showed up in good shape and as described, all items were true to size and what I've been able to wear is very comfortable.
They look & feel Perfect.
I love them.
Will continue to buy more from them.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
