I had to exchange for another size of the same shoe and was charged a restock fee. I don't think that promotes repeat sales.

The package was delivered on time I wanted to cancel part this order before it was processed but could not do so because I check the size of the shoes and I had ordered them before but they where to narrow the ASICS

The deal I received on high quality shoes was much appreciated. The photos provided and description we're on par. The shoes arrived on the date that I was provided. The shipping box was of a good quality. I was very well pleased.

My experience was terrific. I ordered a pair of cute sneakers and they are so comfy. I ordered a size 61/2 and I feel they are a little wide around the the ankle. Other than that I love them! Where ever I go I get compliments on them!

I just completed a 2 mile walk with my grandchild Jasmine in her running walker and even new are very fitting and comfortable.

I liked the shoes but I wished it's a bit wider to protect my bunion.

Lots is selection. Easy checkout. I did not notice the way the shoe ties differently but it works.

Purchased from Shoebacca and shoe carnival for the first time at the same time. Shoebacca arrived on time and as advertised. Shoe carnival was scheduled to arrive the same day as Shoebacca. Was delivered to wrong address and customer service argued with me as to the order being delivered to wrong address. I know where I live and believe me it's not here. Saved all emails. And if it's true that shoe carnival records all conversations for quality and training purposes, then the representative for shoe carnival's attitude is saved as well via their own policy.

I received my order quickly. The only issue was the shoe was too small so I had to return it.

When I attempted to make my purchase the webpage gave me a message that stated that the server had timed out and that my order could not be processed at this time. When I re- submitted my order I was then billed for two pairs of shoes and sent two pair, I only wanted one pair.

I didn't look closely enough at the picture and had to return.

I saw a pair of shoes that I really like so I placed an order but before I placed order I actually checked around because I knew that shoebacca had an amazing price match guarantee. So I went on Adidas.com and I saw the same shoes for a much lower price so I contacted shoebacca's customer service number and I told them that and too price match please. They looked up the Adidas.com link and confirmed the Adidas price and said that they would definitely honor that price and then they said to email the price match team so I emailed the price match team but by the time the price match came got back to me the adidas.com item already sold out. So shoebacca did not honor the price match because they were sold out. BUT THEY WEREN'T WHEN I ORIGINALLY CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMAILED THE PRICE MATCH TEAM. This I believe to be unfair because this pair of shoes was something I really really wanted but after seeing how much they cost on adidas.com I was not going to pay the shoebacca.com price so they did nothing for me and I ended up returning the shoes once they actually came to me. I wish it said that in the fine print because not only did Customer service say the price would be matched I also missed out on Adidas.com aswell. Not fair
