The shoes arrived when they said they would and in perfect condition.

Well I keep ordering so you guys are doing something right. Lol

I ordered a pair of running shoes and used a coupon. The shoes I received were the wrong size. Shoebacca's so-called "customer service" said they don't do exchanges and that my only option was to return the shoes and lose the value of the coupon I used. Thanks for nothing. Seems like they could have regenerated a coupon code or done an exchange.
