Poor Customer Service

Bought shirt that was supposed to be orange. However they have a little tag line on the page that says colors may vary by size. Instead of contacting me to ensure the color was what I wanted they shipped it out and are refusing to refund the sale or ship out the correct color.

Will not be buying anything else from this website. I ordered my husband's Christmas present from them on 11/30/17, thinking that 4 weeks was enough time. We did not receive it until 1/4/18. That is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for 2 tee shirts. As someone else stated, that is well below the industry standard, and while I understand they are located in Canada, why on earth would it take 3 weeks just to make the shirt?! Really disappointed as they do have some cool prints, but not worth the wait.

Don't waste your time...

Waited the 10-15 business days they told me... for one shirt by the way... nothing... 30 days later... still nothing... nothing but automated reply to email... never never never waste your time or money on this company! Nothing but a headache. And no customer service number? Really... that says a lot about how much they really care about their customer relations. Oh by the way... my payment was taken out of my bank account the same day I ordered... they got their money but I still don't have my product. Think Geek will get all my business from now on.

I would give this site negative stars if it were possible.

I had previously bought from them a reasonable amount, but I noticed the t-shirts fell apart quite quickly. Over time this became worse and worse. Several t-shirts had holes in them within a week. Some arrived already damaged. I ordered for a birthday gift for my husband (who likes the geeky designs) and it didn't ship. I contacted them, apparently, there was a problem. They never contacted me, I had to contact them to ask what the heck was going on. They never apologised or offered any compensation.

Between support repeatedly ignoring me when raising issues and the shoddy quality, I'd steer clear. I don't expect much for the cost, but I do expect more than a week out of the t-shirts.

Dont buy grab bags from them!

They send the most boring shirts out for grab bags(nothing like the other items on their site) my order went out a week late and when I tried to cancel they rushed my order out and it wasnt even what was advertised. I ordered spooky grab bags and got a die hard hoodie. My most expensive item wasnt even spooky! Then they refused to refund me even though it wasnt what I ordered. Horrible customer service. Do NOT order from shirt punch unless you want to waste your money and wait an entire month for your order to ship.

Wrong color of shirt

Ordered a shirt in pink but came in white. Was told product sourcing has become a big issue over the last few months and unable to get their fitted mens XL shirts in pink. As a result they had asked all of their designers provide a backup color along with their artwork, and added the 'colors may vary by size' warning to all of their product pages a few months ago. So if the color I wanted was unavailable why did they offer it. And why give the power to choose the color of the shirt to the designer instead of the customer. Now in order to get a refund for the shirt, I have to pay shipping and handling to Canada and then they would give me a refund. What a waste of time and money. The shirt isn't even good quality.

Don't even bother

They take a month to ship, their website says 7-10 business days and the confirmation e-mail you'll get says 10-15 business days. So there is bull from the get go. Then they will gaslight you into thinking it's your fault that your address wasn't current. My family wasn't planning on moving when I bought these shirts and had to after they had finally shipped. They aren't the slightest bit helpful with their customer service, so don't bother. There are better sites.

Worst customer service

Hadnt received the item I ordered for a friend. Contacted company and was informed since it was delivered there is not anything they can do. Really sad way to do business... scam the customer and reap the rewards.

WAY overpriced lately and is a ripoff for shipping. Shipping used to be calculated properly once upon a time, but now it's partially flat. I'm in Whitby and they want to charge me 30 USD to ship 20 shirts from Toronto. That would cost $ 20-25 CAD TOPS. 30 USD is 42 CAD at the moment. While on the topic, this company is Canadian yet they only accept USD? What kind of BS is this? We get charged conversion fees to buy from within our own country. I used to LOVE this place and ONLY wore shirts from them. But its not even worth buying the blind bags anymore when with all the fees a blind shirt costs more than just buying a blank and using iron ons. They should have left with Nerd Block.

Think twice before ordering for Birthday/Christmas presents

I ordered with ShirtPunch 3.5 weeks ago. I was advised after the purchase was confirmed that there could be a 10-15 business day wait. To be fair, it may have been in the fine print prior to confirmation of the purchase. The deadline of 3 weeks production is well below industry standard and they may need to look into ways of speeding up production/expanding/increasing productivity. Regardless, this deadline was not met. At 12 days I requested a status update and received a form-letter response about the 10-15 day waiting time.

At 15 days I requested an update again, and received nearly the same response.

I responded again requesting a refund, and received another very similar customer service response.

4 days after my request for a refund and cancellation, I received notification that I had been refunded and a screenshot of a credit note. The text surrounding the credit note however was, once again, nearly the same spiel about 10-15 days waiting time. I had at this point received the same basic response 3 times after this period of time had expired.

I sent off a strongly worded request for a refund and cancellation, and noted that I would be leaving a few negative reviews around the traps, to warn people if they are ordering on a deadline.

I order from this company on dec 12th 2019 it said it will send out in 10-15 days on the dec 23th I email the company asking about my order. They email me back within the same day saying that it will ship out the week of January 13th and I quickly reply asking why? On dec 26 they email me back saying they custom make there own shirts and it scheduled for the week of January 13th to send out I wanted to cancel but my son really like the shirts he picked out so on January 13th I email them again asking if they been sent. Few days later they email me back that one of my shirts is being held back for quality control that In a week they will send me tracking info when they will send it. Well never happened after numerous of email send still nothing! Finally I told them I'm going to my bank getting a refund and reporting them to the better business bureau then 5:30am the next morning I had tracking information that was on February 10,2020 just to much of headache do not recommend!

Great designs...

For a great price! Worth the wait (about 2 weeks) since their products come from Canada. The quality of the tee and the screen print is superb. I highly recommend it if you see a design you like. :)

Love this site. I've ordered shirts from them twice now and have been totally happy with them! Print quality looks good and the shirts aren't too thin. Shipping time is as listed on the site, too.
