Customer service has taken a huge downturn. Every time I write I am treated as if my statement or question is "incorrect." For instance, I had a package delivered to my mailbox that I did not order - the response was that it "clearly was mine." I think I know what I order, I could have taken the item for free but was being honest. Today I asked for payment information on file to be removed and was told there was no payment information on file. As soon as I tried to "merge" a package - my credit card was there, on file. So I am right again. Why does your customer service act so negatively? Are you aware there are several other reshipping companies that are just as easy to use as you are? Customer service was what brought me here in the first place but if it disappears there's no reason to stay.

Ship7 are SCAMMERS who will use threats and pressure to extort money from you, resulting for me in:
-1 lost package,
-2 packages received after 3 months,
-30 emails and chat messages exchanged,
-$133 in fees charged by Ship7 (storage),
-$60 in postal fees,
-$25 in service tax for two $30 products,
And countless hours of my time explaining things to their services.

They have made it to the top of the worst companies list.
They lost my package, threatened to destroy my other parcels to force me to send without finding the lost one, changed the rules between my contracting and shipping, enforced the new rules on me, made me write around 30 emails and exchanges to extort $133 in fees that they themselves caused by making mistakes and prolonging the ordeal.

The customer service does not follow up on any of the open tickets, and each time we have to explain everything again to the person who receives the ticket.

Escalating to the "manager" won't change anything. Chris doesn't understand or read any better than the others.

A real obstacle course for 2 unfortunate packages that will have cost me $200 for a value of $30.
I have never seen anything like this, and yet I had a poor opinion of their competitors, but now I have to say that compared to this, they are top-notch.

I had my order of just ONE item from Amazon UK sent to my UK ship7 mailbox. I requested that the item be repacked into a smaller box along with an updated photo of the item in its new box with its dimensions clearly showing 11 WHOLE days ago!
This was what was uploaded to my account (Find attached below); a bulky black wrapping was used to wrap the box. Also, neither the whole of the box nor its dimensions which were requested could be seen in the picture.
It is quite obvious that the wrapping would add to the dimensions of the parcel, thereby defeating the whole purpose of the repacking request. So, I asked for it to be removed EIGHT whole days ago and for updated pictures of the item in a smaller box with its dimensions to be sent again. There was a response saying it would be done however after waiting a few days, I sent a reminder three days ago, and once again, they told me that it would be done and yet it STILL has not been done.
I am truly sick and tired of always having to send several emails before a simple request can be carried out and for just one item too. What is so difficult about removing packaging and taking a clear picture showing its dimensions? Isn't that what you're obliged to do without me having to ask?!.
Remove the wrapping as you have been instructed to so I can check my item out, as I do not intend to have any more items sent to my box for forwarding, after the poor service I received from you

As an ecommerce retailer shipping multiple shipments weekly from US and requiring such shipments to arrive within 2-3 days to Dubai, I was tempted to try Ship7 services, since my regular shipping companies are have some delays due to Covid-19 crises. I read reviews that tempted me to give these guys a try, I wish I can rate them with zero or negative reviews:
1- Pricing: their prices are at least 400% the regular shipping prices. They justified this by:
A. Volumetric shipping standards hiking the weight.
B. Express delivery
C. Hike in fees due to Covid-19

Although I informed them that I am shipping regularly form US since 10 years now and I have never seen or imagined such high fees. Still they are just trying to convince me that their prices is the global shipping standard fees!
I thus had to return 1 shipment form London by providing free return label form supplier and paying $2.5 return fees. But unfortunately I decided to proceed with another shipment form USA as it was really urgent.
2- Consolidation: I had to pay $5 extra to put the items into smaller box. However we lost 1 day extra in the process and the resulted savings were about $5 after deducting $5 consolidation.
3- Shipping time: After consolidation I choose the most expensive option with DHL in order to receive my items the soonest possible. After paying, and 1 day extra, I received today that my shipment would arrive to Dubai 8 days later. That means I paid 4 times the regular fees with zero or negative gain in shipping timing.
4- I asked for copies of AWBs in order to claim back for customs tax, the reply I received that they won't provide any Airway Bills and they can provide me copy of invoice for an extra fee!
5- Customer Service: I wrote to customer reviews about my experience. Seems the staff are paid to give their customers hard time writing long replies trying to justify that they explained everything in their narrative and it is the customer mistakes not reading about their fees. And they are 100% about this point. It is a ripoff that I choose to put myself in. My mistake.
Please take it as an honest advice. Stay away, from this company, it isn't worth your time or effort. I am trying other companies to see which one I could use for fast delivery with reasonable price. For Sure Ship7 is not an option. I am really surprised about all the positive reviews: if such reviews are genuine then I am sure it is written by people with no previous experience about shipping time or prices.
When a service company is vague and not transparent regarding fees and shipping time, and when their customer service is just unprofessional trying to defend their point of view against a customer satisfaction or needs, then I recommend to stay away and think twice before using their services. It might take a company years building a good reputation, but when you have a bad experience from the first time using them, and they do no effort whatsoever to serve you, then you know for sure you are just wasting your time and money for nothing. If you read their replies to other customers critical reviews you would know for sure that they know nothing about good customer services. I wish that Fedex and UPS provide their direct shipping services internationally for business customers without the need to go into 3rd party like this one.

First of all; let us explain the Covid surcharges which affect our current shipping prices at first place. Unfortunately we have no control on these extra charges, and in order to ensure operational continuity carriers are charging shippers for necessary air network adjustments during the time of this emergency situation. But our rate increases are nowhere near the percentages you have mentioned. Ship7 still has best overall shipping rates worldwide. 2) Package was shipped on 5th Aug and delivered on 9th Aug. In fact; according to DHL website, delivery was attempted on 8th of August, no one was at home to sign delivery.
3) Yes, seems like you have asked for documents but you may have misunderstood; we checked all the support conversations you had with our customer service team and we can verify that we have never requested extra fee (which is quite normal, because we do not charge for this service).

Please let us know whether we are on the same page; all these information are based on the package number you provided...

I used the service to receive a few items because the borders with my country were closed. Now they are open and I'm going to the US again, so I need to ship the items to myself so I can avoid heavy customs fees in my country.

To my surprise, the help center refused to do so, without any reasonable justification. They say they can't ship to the US, but they do so when returning items or in case of restricted items. So it makes NO SENSE that they refuse to ship domestically. Also, this "rule" wasn't clearly stated anywhere beforehand.

At this point, they are holding my items against my will, because I want to ship them all and pay what I owe them, but absolutely can't.

Something is going wrong second time with this company!
1.First time they lost via ods(ODSSH**************) and company claiming that they never received the package --->lost in transit!no refund and no explain (two iPhone 12 Pro)
2.Second time a eBay shipment iPhone 12 Pro with tracking(usps# *********************)is delivered to them and they say never delivered. Of course usps replied that it is delivered to the Darlington Postal Company, LLC.Ι spoke via telephone with an eBay expert and verified me that it is delivered to them (SHIP7)without doubt! So beware that they are not helping with it as they don't care at all.So a new loss and they want help. BEWARE!

Initially my package that has surely arrived several days ago to their UK warehouse was not registered in my mailbox and I got no reply for repeated emails for their customer support. Finally I grew desperate and complained here and on Trustpilot and then things started moving, I got an email from the support, they found my package and dispatched it also in due time.
I think their system and processes are lousy as it hasn't happened to me already in the past few years that a webshop / package service would have had such a delay in communication.

The company doesn't inspire confidence! Package not registered as received, no reply from support!

The company doesn't inspire any confidence!
They received my package from Ebay on my address S7-******* already three working days ago (update is promised within 1 business day on their UK address!) but it still didn't appear in my Mailbox.
Online support is non-existent, it's always offline (!) and I submitted a ticket a day ago and still no reply on that as well.
After reading all the negative reviews here and on Trustpilot I brace myself for the worst - probably I can forget about my package. This company seems to be a big mess and all positive reviews are probably just a fake. Even if they ever revert to me and find my package then I'm also expecting a heavily overcharged shipping.

I just turned to online complaints as a last resort, maybe it helps to get some reply.
Otherwise you should avoid Ship7!

I had some items shipped to Ship 7, to repack and forward to my country.
It was several items, sent from multiple sellers.

When I received the 2 boxes in my country, I noticed 2 items missing.
It was 4 wheel adapters, and 4 wheel spacers.

After sending them info on what was lost, and the value that was close to 500 usd, they sent me very general response, seems they did not read the details I provided. First they offer me 20 usd because this happened, then 30 usd, I refused due to the much higher value of the items.

After over 3 months of email, back and forth, and chats, with constant excuses from them, and not resulting in anything, I sent in again asking for a senior admin handle this.

I then got offered 100 usd, but this cover just 20% of the lost value.
"I assume, if they knew they were in the right, they had offered me nothing...

I then sent them again, for the third time, this to the senior person, pictures they had initially sent me, proving they had received more items than they sent me, I sent them receipts of value, and asked to either be reimbursed in full, or if they reorder the items and send them to me.

No answer.

I then went on a chat, asking for answers.
The person on the chat promised me he would personally look into it, and get me a feedback the following week.

" in their invoice to me, they even list as car parts, 14 items. I received 4, s by this, they proof they have made a mistake, but still not resolve the issue"

This is now 6 weeks ago.

Either someone working there stole this, and is covering it up, or they misplaced it, or sent it to a wrong person.
Either way, I paid for it, but did not get it, and they refuse to answer me, or offer me compensation.

I've been using Ship7. They are always on time and they have called if they had any problems delivering packages. Their rates are reasonable too. They are my go-to company for having anything delivered.

The negative experience started after they received the very first parcel on my behalf and assigned a different weight from that which the shipper had clearly printed on the label stuck to the parcel. On bringing this discrepancy to their attention, I got an inkling of the kind of people I was dealing with. They tried to be clever giving me all sorts of excuses as to why they had changed the weight but I refused to budge. They even wrote one time, that the actual weight was 2.5KG instead of 2.5 LBS, until I let them know that there was a HUGE difference between 2.5kg and 2.5 lbs. They finally reduced the weight closer to what was put there by the shipper after 3 days and several emails back and forth.
Next, I noticed that the quantities recorded for some of the items in 2 parcels were incorrect and brought this to their attention via email. It took another 3 days and several emails for them to rectify. This issue occurred several times over the coming weeks and, as usual, it took sending several emails before corrections were made.
Then, the largest of my parcels arrived and, luckily, I had tracked it on the shipper's (UPS) website and had noted its weight (19 lbs) before Ship7 processed it. I was thereafter, shocked to find that ship7 had recorded 27 lbs as this parcel's weight! On bringing this to their attention, they tried to be clever as usual and it took several days and emails, as usual, before they finally accepted the shipper's weight as the actual weight of the parcel.
Other issues experienced include:
Describing items in parcels in incongruous terms like "incest holder", "Hair scalp", & "bathroom floor"
Taking almost a whole month and several emails for a request to send back 5 items from 3 parcels to Amazon before the request could be completed. Also, before taking out these items from the parcel to return to Amazon, this parcel weighed 19.9 lbs. The weight of the 3 hoodies (according to ship7) was 3.95 lbs. If one subtracts 3.95 lbs from 19.9lbs, 15.95 lbs should be left. But ship7 recorded 17.70 lbs instead of 15.95 lbs for the parcel after the returns. As usual, bringing this fact to their attention has changed nothing.
Adding a carpet to the surface of their scales before weighing some parcels (probably to increase their weights) and not doing so for others. On bringing this to their attention, they claimed that they always set their scale to zero after putting the carpet on it.
Taking unclear pictures of some boxes such that one could not see all the dimensions and surfaces/extent of the box.
Also, before taking out 3 of these items from the same parcel to return to Amazon on my behalf, this parcel weighed 19.9 lbs. The weight of the 3 hoodies, based on what they themselves recorded for the parcel used to make the return (Parcel *******) was 3.95 lbs. If one subtracts 3.95 lbs from 19.9lbs, we should have 15.95 lbs left. But ship7 recorded 17.70 lbs instead of 15.95 lbs for the parcel from which the items were taken out. Of course, as usual, bringing this fact to their attention has changed nothing.
After changing the incongruous names they had given certain items and rectifying their quantities following several email requests from me, re-naming some items again with weird names like,"CUTTING CRAPES", "CUTTING PERMING" & "CHEMICAL POWDER BAG", decreasing the quantities of certain items, removing some items that were recorded before, and re-adding redundant items that I had asked to be removed before.
Despite bringing this to their attention over 2 weeks ago, they only bothered to respond to that email and rectify some of the issues listed above about 5 days ago and only after leaving negative reviews/complaints on the internet Since then, they have once again gone incommunicado.
As a result I can't check out my parcels that have been sitting in their warehouse for over a month now because they refuse to respond to my emails. Yet, every single day since last week they have been sending me redundant emails telling me that I had forgotten something and that my parcels have been sitting at their warehouse for 7, 45, 30 or any other number of days! Find attached a screenshot of 2 of such irritating emails from ship7.

Update: So, after I posted my first review and ship7 responded, nothing much has changed.And like one reviewer rightly observed, it's all a show for would-be visitors to this site. This business is like a scam, where once you order stuff and they are, after so many back and forth, finally ready for shipping, they go incommunicado and hold your parcels hostage. I don't even understand how this can be legal in NJ, makes one wonder what is going on there.
Also, so many of the positive reviews here and on many other sites are all fake. You can find the same exact reviews posted here, on Ship7's Facebook page as well, posted under different names. As an observant person would have noticed, such reviews usually follow one another after a negative review is posted and they are usually very short.

Tip for consumers:
Do your homework, read only the negative reviews about this company you may find on any website because the vast majority of the five-star reviews are fake, especially the most recent ones. In fact, save yourself the stress and don't use this company, I certainly wish I hadn't.

In these unprecedented days of global pandemic, combined with the shopping season in USA, we are having a big surge in package numbers. This year we've been receiving 4 times more packages compared to last year's Nov & Dec. We all know this is not an excuse but we also proudly announce that Ship7 is one of the few shipping companies that doesn't have Receiving and Shipping backlogs. Hence, we are still having delays in special requests, repacks and value added services due.

Our scales are calibrated every morning so we can assure you they are all accurate (the carpet on top is part of tare weight and is definitely not being added). The error has happened due to a glitch in the process (operator's unit of measure selection); but we're glad it is resolved now.

We try our best to provide the best pictures of your merchandise. But sometimes we do have pictures with focus/clarity issues. You can just open a ticket so that our team can provide you new pictures.

We have been using an automated AI system that helps us capturing content descriptions and the system is also doing Autocorrections; we've already reported the mistakes in these content descriptions you mentioned to our Tech team. That being said; all the information for the contents of the packages are for information purposes and needs to be checked and corrected by our members. In order to ensure hassle free customs clearance in your destination country; we strongly recommend our members to check and verify Item descriptions and declared values.

Nevertheless, we are sorry about the inconvenience once again and want to ensure you that we are working hard to fix the glitches and improve the processes. This company is a joke.

I sent two packages from Amazon to Ship7, please take into consideration that I know I was born in South Africa and I've been living in South Africa my WHOLE LIFE thus when I created my profile on their website I obviously put in my residential address I obviously know this to the tee, who doesn't. My Amazon packages arrived at Ship7 2nd of June, and then I paid $23.46 for the shipping for the products to get to me, just to receive an email on the 5th of June stating my package was on hold because somehow I selected the United Arab Emirates as my country, are you kidding me?! I then couldn't change the country to my own. They then canceled the package and I had to "correct" the shipping address which I did, and guess what due to exchange rates, I paid an additional $5.24 for it to be "reshipped" to the correct "country". And on top of this, I was told by email - since their support is utter nonsense it would have been loaded and shipped 2 days ago, this is like a freaking scheme if you ask me. I wonder how long it will take and I wonder if I will ever receive my package. But, I head anyone NOT TO use this company and rather just stick to normal shipping because it not only costs me a lot more than just sticking to Amazon, but God knows if I will receive my package. As it's just pending shipping. I will be posting this on all social media.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this company, it cost me almost double instead of going directly through Amazon, and I still don't have my package

Their rates are very good I use their Shop For Me service and need to reach customer service several to change my order I can definitely say their customer service is very friendly.

I would make a purchase on ebay and googled among several services one for my order. I chose Ship7 because of the possibility of USPS because it is the best cost for my country (Brazil).
I made the purchase and asked to be delivered to the address provided by Ship7. When the item arrived at the company, USPS was no longer available, so I was forced to use FEDEX at twice the price ($ 23 vs $ 42).
Ok, I ended up having to pay.
But the worst situation was to come. Ship7 shipped to my country in the worst possible shipping mode. FEDEX with prepaid tax.

Then the order arrived, Fedex paid the tax, which should be exempt by federal law and now Ship7 is charging me another $ 71.62 for it.
It's like I'm in a restaurant asking for a pea soup and being served shrimp, and I'm obliged to pay for it.
Finally, shipping that should cost $ 23 is about $ 110. The worst possible experience.

On the other hand; the Duties you paid has nothing to do with Ship7, its your local government who is charging Duties and Taxes based on the merchandise value.
