My order was placed on November 23. In the confirmation letter received the same day, Dec.2 was indicated as the date of delivery (which is extremely slow, considering the steep fee of $11 plus for delivery). And then -- complete silence!
How come then that the label was issued only on Dec. 1 (I suspect this is another lie created in response to my calls and letters on Dec.2) with another date of delivery -- Dec.9! In all my dealings with e-commerce I've never encountered such blatantly bad service. If the company can not deliver it should be shut down. I will never use shelhealth and will do everything in my power to put you out of business.
They have a very large selection of the sport supplements at a reasonable price. 4th order with them and cannot say any bad words, good quality of products, long expiration dates and well packaged. Only one annoying thing that order takes about one week to be delivered and there is no option for express or one day delivery.
I ordered a case of a hard to find seasonal canned soda. It arrived quickly, but damaged, and in packaging from a different store. Every can had either exploded or bulged out and was about to. The packaging was wet and damaged. Customer service stopped responding after their first message, so I tried again and they again stopped responding after one less-than-ten-word reply. Next time I'll skip the middle man or just go without - too bad it took me 35$ to learn that lesson!
They told me I could get a refund for just the product (not the shipping) if I repackaged and returned the three wet, exploded soda cases, and paid for the return shipping myself.
I posted a review on trustpilot as well, and shelhealth tried to get my review taken down, by telling trustpilot it was a false review. I had to submit a screenshot of my receipt to have my experience verified.
I wish I kept the pictures but this happened in January and I recently moved. (Computer with photos is still in storage)

I've placed three orders with ShelHealth, all very slow to arrive. On the most recent order, a gift placed on 12/4, I received emails saying the product was "Being prepared!" and "Ready to go!" The, on 12/19, I got an email saying the product was now out of stock. Of course the phone number on the site isn't operational, and I never got an answer to my initial inquiry by email. Then I messaged them on Facebook, and the person answering the messages just canceled my order, didn't even bother asking first. He/she complained they were understaffed (and this has to do with product in stock how?) Terrible service, poor communications and not transparent in their interactions with customers.
So I ordered the keto cookies from ShelHealth and they are deliciouuuuuuuus! I can't believe they have no sugar. Tastes just like the regular chocolate chip cookies. The order was delivered in slightly over a week, in a fine shape. I will definitely be back for more of these cookies.
I was told by ShelHealth that I had to contact the shipper when I did not receive my order. I contacted the shipper, FedEx, and they told me that the way it was shipped I had to contact the merchant who sent my order. So, needless to say ShelHealth would not respond to any further communication from me. Buy elsewhere, this company has poor customer service.

This company charged me for three items, but only sent two. They have not responded to my requests for either one more item to complete the order, or a partial refund. Six weeks now, not a single response. I have read since many reviews calling this company thieves or worse.
One of the most dishonest companies I've ever bought items from online. Their shipment never arrived and several times I reported the problem by e-mail, but they never even bothered to answer me. Licensed thieves.

Their package came hardly wrapped with any bubble wrap to secure the cookies. They were broken and upon contacting the company for a return/replacement, I was told they didn't offer these choices.
They were trying to blame it on the delivery service, but their packaging/shipping department should be blamed here. This product was FRAGILE and they hardly placed any bubble wrap in with the product, so it was expected that this would happen. They want no accountability at all. Spent over $30 and was wasted.

Worst company ever to deal with…. Took forever to get a response from customers service about damaged products I received from them due to poor packaging with no insulation, and when they finally did respond they offered me 15% of my purchase price back as a refund! When I wouldn't accept that they tried to pass the blame onto the carrier and told me to contact them, when they are not to blame whatsoever! Been over a month now and still haven't heard back!

A one star review is one too many as they don't deserve even that. Ordered 2 pumpkin spice coffee k-cup 12 packs. Paid for priority mail, ie. 2 day. Shipping cost almost as much as the product itself! It has now been 11 days since order placed and site still shows fulfilling. Trying to blame delays on covid, which in itself at this point is a joke and a poor excuse. Billed my paypal IMMEDIATELY. Sent an e-mail stating either ship it or give me a refund. That was 3 days ago, received a email reply about the covid nonsense. Still no refund or shipping. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these guys!
Purchased 130$ worth of Paesana spaghetti sauces as cannot find in Wisconsin. 3 jars ruined in shipping.
35 lbs glass jars packed in large light duty cardboard box- Not shippers fault. Replied to text but no refund or replacement. Sent photos to prove damage. Had to wash all other jars before I could even bring in house.
Shipping was 35$. Not a trustworthy company Leaving 3 stars for shipping approximately 66% Intact.

If you want to talk about lack of care in packing, go to Shelhealth! I ordered 6 packages of instant pudding at $1.98, which is outrageous because I REALLY needed that specific product. The package arrived today, just a thin cardboard envelope which looked as though it had been kicked from Miami to Wisconsin. The boxes were completely wrecked and spilling their contents. NEVER shop here!
