The telephone number to call just says send us an email. There is no one to speak with.

Don't bother. They will reply with less than one complete sentence, if they bother to reply at all.

I didn't need to get a hold of them but they have a contact form on the website, so I would probably try that

Impossible to get c/s. No phone#. Just their email which they do not respond to.
