I bought this mainly for my husband because he was getting an awful bald spot on the one side of his head. I started using it and all my baby hairs are growing too! Love this product!
I was not aware of the extremely expensive duties and price associated with this shipment.

I contacted them about the fact that Minoxidil was not mentioned in the long video I watched that made me want to try the shampoo & conditioner. So, I was wondering if the shampoo & conditioner and the foam I received was all I needed to help with my thinning hair.
I have only been using product for a couple weeks. I have noticed my hair and scalp feel much cleaner and lighter and healthier looking. My hair is very thin and it has seemed to help with the look of fuller hair. I am so far happy with this product. Thank you, cant wait to see further results!
I've used these products for about 3 years now, they really work
One bottle of shampoo leaked - all over everything in the box. Two foam containers had the caps knocked off - you might try a shrink wrap tamper-evident seal.
Overall, I like the shampoo and conditioner.

Just started using it three weeks ago Praying the results really work!
I tried sooooo many times to reach customer service, so that I could send the expensive product back. I finally after weeks did by text reach a woman and got an RMA and at my own $ 27.00 returned the product. But, have not heard from the company, yet. I do have a fed-ex tracking receipt.
Order placed on 7/18, Saturday, I made a mistake not reading order carefully. I only ordered shampoo and conditioner for~$40, but other stuff added total costing $229.95. No one on the phone, so I requested cancel order via email. Following Monday, I called to confirm cancellation, but Juan said it was too late to cancel. I finally received the shipment on 8/4 and returned unopened. Experience was too bad, almost feel like dealing with scam. If this is ligit and stand by your product, I should be able to cancel within one hour of order. I am waiting fro my refund

I did this transaction online when I saw the information on my phone.
Not sure if I'm right or wrong but it appears that the leave in conditioner is not included with this purchase since it was offered to me at a 40% discount after I made the kit I wanted.It is in the pictures so therefor comes with the other 2 bottles. False ad. If I'm wrong. Oops sorry. If right take the conditioner out of picture because I now expect it.
I can be so negative sometimes sorry but that's life. Everything you see in ad came. And she has been using it but too early to see if it works. The customer service seems to be great I haven't used it but it all looks like a very dedicated team that's is there if needed. All in all she is happy when's she's happy I am happy.
